Had my boat done about three years ago. Also had my cover cut to fit by these guys. They did not…read morecut the cover right and I took it back. I could not tie it down as it would not tighten and left a pond after each rain. I tried to take it back and Carlos was tough to deal with. He would not admit there was a mistake and I would have to bring the boat back in. All the cover needed was the cuts on each side extended about four inches and sewn up to allow for the tower. I had to go out of town For work on a three year site. I would empty the cover and move it around every now and then but jsut gave up. So now the inside is destroyed, the cover is destroyed ($1800), and the seats are destroyed ($4000). It's funny though, I had them covered most of the time except the very back and you can see in the pic the seam has given way already. Looked good when new. They are nice until there is an issue. I did try and get it fixed right away and there was an issue with getting it in and then I left for the job site.

Ross was very communicative via text and we scheduled him the following week. He thought the work for cleaning & color matching would take about 2 hours. In total, he probably spent 3+ hours on the job, but I really appreciate how thorough and considerate he was. Ross accepts multiple payment methods; I paid via Venmo (easy). I came back after 15 days to pick it up and the lady told me "Carlos started it but it's not finished yet, but it'll be ready at the end of the today or the next morning". I returned in 5 days to pick it up and when the same lady working there saw me she said outloud "oh shit". Well,the bench wasn't only not done but the work hadn't even been started yet. At that point I took it to have done elsewhere. Not only was there no communication but I was lied to about the time line. And the worst thing is telling me the project was started when it wasn't. Just a bunch of disrespectful bold faced lies. Sorry to say I won't be coming back.

I never once rushed him as I wanted the job to be done right. When I called him out on it, he tried skirting the issue. The car is almost 10 years old I get it. All you.had to do was say something. He begrudgingly offered to replace it. Here we are 21 days later and nothing. Not even a phone call, no follow up.. nothing!! I called the dealership and the part is a whopping $38. That's it. Some serious piss poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is a joke. Another follow up. Less than a year after the headliner install, both c pillars and a pillars were not installed correctly. The retaining clips we're smashed, and a screw on each c pillar was missing, making the c pillar come loose. Please please do not go here.

I love my car but it was looking it's age. Plus small kids had ruined the back seat with all the…read morethings they like to do... drop things that melt, forget food, etc. I didn't want to change things too much but wanted it to look nice. They made some great recommendations and explained the different materials and what would look good and last the longest. I was even able to get seat heaters added! If you've ever had seat heaters you know they're so nice to have in the winter. The end result was even better than I expected. They were even able to recondition the hard surfaces. I'm not sure if they're plastic or rubber or some combo but they look like new! So whatever they did it was perfect! The hardest part now will be making sure my kids don't mess it up.
