The owner and partner arranged a meet and greet with Lola and it was perfect. Lola has anxiety and does not like strange dogs or people. Andrea let Lola take separate space and kept her and the other dogs apart while Lola adjusted to being there. During my 9 days of vacation, I was sent updates, multiple times during the day and pictures. Leaving Lola was very hard but Harvey's Pet Care made it easier. Gina and Katrina are extremely accommodating whenever I call or have a question. I was given a tour of the kennel without hesitation. It was extremely clean, well organized and well staffed. The staff so far have been very professional, handled my two dogs with obvious experience, yet they were still warm and welcoming to both me and my two furry guests. My two large dogs are allowed board together in an indoor/outdoor run which is a big bonus for me. When I picked them up, they were happy, no signs of stress whatsoever. The pooches actually felt like they were at home whether playing in the backyard or sitting next to one of the owners on the floor while doing video conferencing for work. They felt just like home. I always am concerned about health and safety of the dogs when they're away but they came home just as happy and well balanced as when I drop them off. They use Facebook quite a bit which I'm not a Facebook person but they posted regular pictures so we could see what they were doing at any time of day. Their business is monitored by security cameras so I felt pretty safe that they could see what was going on in and around the property. If I can describe it in one word it's kind of like a home away from home. I would recommend.

He does not look like or smell like he's been bathed at all. I was told he was. His nails are still long and they said that they couldn't finish his head because he had too many knots. There are none. They're all under his chin that they didn't get and the bottoms of Pauze were not finished shaved. The further that did not get cut it still filthy. I will never bring him back there and then they charge more than they quoted the lucky I didn't go back to pay them and not my roommate because I'll tell you what they wouldn't have got paid. everything could be improved as for the answer from the owner I was only told one time to bring him to a vet and that was at the very end when we picked him up not multiple times everything you said on there was wrong.
