He was quick and thorough taking the time to explain what he was looking for and gave great tips to self maintain our hvac system. Once he discovered the AC contractor needed to be replaced he showed how it wasn't working. He quickly swapped it out and checked everything else to make sure we had no other issues. He answered all my questions and even checked back several hours later to ensure we had no problems. Wintri diagnostic fee and service fee for the contractor was reasonable and fair. Our HVAC unit was only 10 yrs old so when the heater/AC stopped turning on I wasn't too happy. No one knew of a company to recommend so I went to Yelp. We contacted a few different companies and they were all responsive but this company had all 5 stars. They answered right away and even mentioned something we could ck before they came out. Unfortunately it wasn't an easy fix but Zach knew exactly what it was. They had to order the part (not cheap) but it came in on Tuesday (ordered Friday) and Zach vas back to install the part on Wednesday. So thankful it's working again. Yesterday morning, we got an error from our thermostat so I messaged through Yelp. Of the 5-6 companies that responded Wintri was able to come in that same day. After I messaged Zach a lot of questions I felt good enough to have him come out. He came out cleaned the unit, checked it, and determined it needed refrigerant (he refilled our AC Unit with just over 2lbs). The AC was blowing nice and cool. Last night it started to get warm and we noticed the fan was not blowing while taking our dogs out. I messaged Zach, and after apologizing (which was not necessary) he promised to come by today.
