I am updating my previous review of one star. Apparently Bryan did not get to hear my voice mail messages due to some problems with his system. Wire Right was referred to me through a friend and Bryan drove all the way out to Sacramento to install my home theater system. All the wires were hidden in the walls and he did a fantastic job cleaning up all the debris when he was done. TV seemed to float in mid air and the speaker placement was beautiful. When the job was done Bryan calibrated the sound on my home theater so that it would be optimal for my space. I really couldn't imagine the work being any cleaner. Absolutely would use Wire Right again. In fact I would be concerned about using another company. The bar has been set high. read more

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. We hired Bryan to set up our home theater and could not be more pleased. We have an older house which presented challenges (building codes where clearly non-existent in '79) but Bryan had some great "plan b's". We watched Gladiator right after everything was set up. I have mixed reviews on Bryan and the Wire Right company. The good: Bryan is very nice to talk with and educational about equipment and what is needed. He was right on product and recommendation for what would help me. I was ready to hire him. The bad: After multiple attempts to reach him to get going, he never returned phone calls. So I have VERY mixed reviews for Bryan. First the pros: He showed up the first time on time and was very respectful. Gave a very competitive and fair quote. So I booked him. Had him install some ceiling speakers with the plan to have him come back in about 3 weeks to finish the job and hang two TV's. The speakers were installed and wires run for the TV and surround sound. Everything looked great and was done quick and I paid him for the work done. He left letting me know that there was a part missing (wallplate) and when he comes back to finish he will install that with the rest of the job. Now the Cons: He is VERY hard to get ahold of. I sent him several messages and he would finally respond. I finally get him to come out but he was very rushed and only had time to do part of the job. He was only able to hang one TV and install the wall plate. He was rushing through this and when he was done I never tested it and just paid him. Later that night I turn on the TV and have no video. No DVD and no satellite is coming on. I email him a few times and do not hear anything back. So I have no TV. That week I have a person (from another company) come out to hang the second TV and install speakers in another room and also run CAT5. I mention my TV doesn't work and he looks back there and says here is your problem and proceeds reverse some cable and the TV comes on. So Bryan hooked something up incorrectly. I told Bryan about this but I never heard back. In fact I gave up on Bryan and moved on to this other person from now on. So in short, if Bryan didn't over extend himself I think he would be just fine. But I believe that he is trying to take on too much and in turn that is hurting his business. I would've given him a 3* if the TV had worked but since it did not I have to go 2*. read more

We had various problems electronically in our home theater and computer areas, and they were all handled with ease. The team is efficient and well educated in all aspects. Bryan and his team were amazing in setting up our wall mounted flatscreen TV. He was available to do the job the same week we called him to schedule, and he even arrived early on the day of the job.
