TL;DR The volume button on my phone was damaged during the screen replacement and the replacement screen was not set into my phone properly. They said they didn't have the expertise to repair the issue- until we left a negative Yelp review and they came to fix it. In the process of fixing the volume button, they broke the mute switch and the screen was still not attached securely. I feel as if the low ratings are people being surprised they need additional things done to their tech before it can even be serviced. I have a bigger gripe with my insurance not informing me of the protocols before I went to the store. 1 piece of advice: Maybe get a second landline to help better fulfill claims-My phone couldn't make calls-They couldn't make calls.
