I have an iPhone 11. I took it in two years ago to get my cracked screen replaced. Before I let Nacho touch my phone, it had been in perfect condition since the 11 came out (except the screen had recently cracked). He did in fact replace the screen quickly...so quickly that he lost one of the original screws on the bottom near the charger port that secures the screen into the frame of the phone. He replaced the missing screw with another one that he ended up having to cut and he scratched up my phone frame doing it. Also the replacement screen doesn't sit all the way in the frame on the side with the replacement screw...it's raised a bit indicating that the screen isn't properly installed. I wanted to fix that myself but he literally cut the head of the screw off making it impossible to remove it. When I brought up the screw to Nacho, he lied and said that you only really need one of those screws and that the one he replaced was the one that was there for design sake so he just put another one in there and it should be good to go. Luckily I knew he was lying and I'm naturally someone who does my best to take care of my phone...so I make sure I only get quality cases that protect as much of my phone as possible. Because of my terrible experience with Nacho, I don't trust having anymore work done on my phone (and luckily haven't needed it). And for the most part things have been fine. Nothing outside of the occasional screen protector cracks/replacements until recently. My phone dropped from a normal standing adult distance onto the sidewalk...didn't bounce, hit rocks or anything...nothing different from the other times it has dropped since the replacement (in fact this drop was mild in comparison to some of the other tumbles it's taken). Upon inspection I noticed that in addition to the screen protector cracking, this time my actual screen took a hit too...and what do you know, it was on the side that's not fully and properly sitting in the phone frame with the non-Apple filed down replacement screw Nacho put in it. The screen's hardware is also now damaged somehow because since the screen cracking drop I've been having difficulty using my home bar digital button. It will glitch out and start cycling through my opened apps or close out of the app I'm currently using at random. It's been hard to type up this review because I have to press and hold the raised side where the screen is cracked for a few seconds so it can stop glitching. And I know this is all Nacho's fault. My phone should have and could have survived that drop if Nacho hadn't lost the original screw, lied to me about it, and made it impossible for me to fix the issue myself. Like somebody else said, if you have an Apple product, just go to Apple and get it fixed...or at least find someone who knows what they're doing because Nacho definitely doesn't. The fact that I returned two year later to complain about his service should really tell you something. read more

The days and hours of operation are 10AM - 7 PM seven days a week. The price was right. Look on Groupon or call for In store specials. 5 stars for doing their job at a fair price and staying on top of me which is needed at times! read more

Yelp Challenge 365 # 172/365 My IPhone had a cracked face for nearly 6 months. I had no insurance and 6 months ago, my phone was brand new. It broke my heart that my phone looked horrible, but it functioned. I was in LV for a few days and my friend (resident of Las Vegas) tells me she can take me to a place where she got her phone repaired. $80 later, my phone is beautiful as new. Here is my story: If you look at Yelp's nearbys....you will find TWO IPhone Doctors; both on Charleston, but at different street numbers and different phone numbers. I call the location on 1444 Charleston and get a recording.... the other one answers so we headed toward the other one.... But we pass 1444 Charleston first. We stop; just in case and they were open. I go in and get an estimate of $80 for repair. I mentioned the other IPhone Doctor quoted me $70 and I thought with the same name, they may be branches of each other. It turns out not. In fact, the other IPhone Doctor is a former employee of the one at 1444 Charleston. I suggested to TN, the tech (and I think owner) of this location that he may want to check with the Vegas Commerce Department. In passing, he mentioned other customers stopping in and complaining about poor workmanship, etc of the other one, demanding the 1444 location fix their phone..... Hopefully, TN will get this squared away...he said he doesn't want to make issues as the business they are in is a competitive busines.... For me, it worked out perfect. TN gave me a screen saver (the plastic cover things for the face of the phone) for free; saying he didn't want me to go away thinking $80 was not a fair price... How's that for customer service? Gave me a receipt and said my phoneis warrantied for the touch screen part; but not if I crack the face up again.... A great story for the great city of Las Vegas. read more

Update although I left a 2 star review a few days ago: My screen replacement is garbage. The touch on the screen is not accurate or calibrated, my mic is now fucked up and the home button is not flush and repairs costed me $120-$140 for screen replacement and charging port at this shop. Low key feel like they put some trackers/malware or remotely controlling my phone because things are now glitching out and the processing has slowed down even after apps are closed or forced quit. I Do feel they ARE REMOTELY CONTROLLING THINGS On my screen even the mic has been acting finicky and my voice to text doesn't always work now. If you're down and out and not trying to get a new or replacement phone I would suggest keeping a business that you're familiar with on deck cuz this one makes me strongly believe they sabotaged my phone further than a cracked screen to extort more money from me. ***Terrible service. AVOID*** Here's what happened in order: 1230ish pm drop off iPhone for screen replacement. Erick tell me to return in 1 to 1.5 hours. 150pm I return to find he went to lunch for "1 hour" 220pm I finally get ahold of Erick using someone else's cellphone he says he will be back by 3pm. He also tells me my phone is repaired and on the charger. 315pm Erick finally shows up. He had not replaced my screen and the battery was not fully charged even though it had 60% battery when I dropped it off and it had been on the charger for 1 hour. I stand at the counter while he spends 15 minutes repairing my screen. 330 I get my phone to find the thumbprint didn't work. Erick gave me a $25 discount and offered to replace it if I had 15 more minutes. Dishonest service and bad product. Also, it's in a sketchy part of town and there is nothing to kill time but pawn shops and other dicey establishments. read more

DON'T COME HERE PLEASE!!!! I left my Galaxy there and asked them how much it will cost to fix the tiny metal inside my phone that you connect to the charger. That tiny piece got misaligned and I was no longer able to plug it in anymore. I was told that to replace the tiny metal, it will cost me $16. I said that's totally fine and left my phone there. When I went to pick it up 2 days later, they charged me $65!!!! The lady said that nothing costs $16 and she quoted $60 and I was the one that misunderstood. She started laughing saying "it is a difficult process" and I told her that I did not mean to undermine the work that has been performed on my cell phone but obviously I would have done some comparative shopping because I bet my life that others charge a LOT LESS to fix my phone. This place is terrible. I went to their location on jones and warm springs and I paid them $130 to repair my iPhone 6 Plus screen. When I got it back I noticed my home button felt like it had a louder click to it. Couldn't tell if it was sticking or catching on the edge of the glass from them miss aligning it. They replaced the bad battery and LCD, which the LCD went bad after 2 weeks. Of course I bring it back in and they say there is lots of damage to the phone, when it's lifting from the top like it was in the beginning. Ok..I called around 11:45 to ask about two phones I needed fixed. I spoke to a guy named Eric (sp?). He was very helpful over the phone & told me to bring it right in. I showed up around 12pm & the door was locked with a sign on the door stating they are at lunch. No problem whatsoever, but WHYYY did you just tell me to come right in when you are going to lunch?! That would have been nice to know so I didn't have to waste my time & gas on my lunch break!!! I even came BACK around 1 to see if I could just drop them off real quick but guess what? This place uses the worst replaceable screens they have to offer which aren't factory made . The screens are guaranteed to break very fast . They also grind out the edges to make there replacement screen fit . I would not waste my money here your best bet is to go to a store that at least uses factory oem screens . read more

I had my apple watch repaired here 2 weeks ago - they replaced a broken screen. It cost $320, and now, 2 weeks later, my apple watch is broken because it got wet. When I called this shop to tell them that their repair did not repair the watch to working order, they said they can't guarantee that their repairs will be waterproof. They should tell people verbally that they can't make the watch waterproof again, because there's no way I would pay $320 to partly repair a watch. HORRIBLE SERVICE. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. read more

Using this location/company to repair my wireless device has been an inconvenient nightmare, to say the least! Per my original receipt I dropped my item off on 02.06.19 and was given a 2-3 day turn around time. Today, 03.01.19, I finally received AN item back, although it is NOT the item that I dropped off. Yes, after more than 3 weeks and over 6 trips to this location my original item was "lost" and had to be replaced with another item. Although, I am glad to at least have something rather than nothing at this point, over the past 3 weeks working with Eric at this location has been an unprofessional mess. Not only was my item lost, I was given the run around for 3 weeks in addition to apology after apology. I then had to repeatedly return to the physical store because my calls and voicemails went unreturned. Now I am literally just leaving the store after waiting on Eric to return with my replacement item (a different item than what was promised) after I was told it would be ready for me at 5pm today (I've spoken with him twice today as well to confirm this pick up time)....it is now 7pm. If you decide to leave any item in the hands of this company, especially this location and its employees, beware that not only may your time be wasted but you may also receive the lowest quality of customer service and professionalism.
