This is the 3rd time I have used Tech 2U on issues beyound my abilities at age 85. I have a PC built for gaming and an iMac for everything else I do as I am not afraid to stumble around an can usually figure out what to do where the PC makes no sense to me at all. in 2024 I had Tech 2U install a new 2 TB SSD hard drive and they cloned all my files from my original C File of 2 TB, and a SSD 256 GB drive onto my new "C" Disk. BUT I should have erased all the files from the old C and D drives but didn't. So today I had that done and now have my D (old C) drive and E 256 GB SSD drive nearly empty. Adam, one of their Technicians began work around 8:30 am remotely and when he left work around 5:00 pm he turned it over to be continued by Technician Dimitri, who worked doing the 1st ever job I had Tech 2 U perform for me. He did that job remotely from Northern California and worked that day from morning until nearly 9:30 pm fixing my screw ups. Tech 2U has a very fair pricing for the work they do and it is cheaper if you have them work on it remotely, or take you computer into their shop than having them come to your home or office which they do do. And yes I had them come to my home the 2nd time I used them and they ended up having to take my computer into their shop to work on it. I have the utmost confidence in this company and the work they perform at a basic fee of $249. read more

Awesome trust worthy service! I had called around and told each of the 4 Computer Repair shops in the Henderson area. Explained to them what my issue was, the make and model of the laptop. My son has an Alienware a51 Laptop. It was running slow so he got overzealous and took it apart to remove all the dust with the hopes that would stop the laptop from overheating. After putting back together, the screen wouldn't stay on for more than 30 sec - 3 mins. No others would take on the problem but Tech2U would. I went to the Tech 2U on S Eastern and worked with the tech Anthony. He called me 2 days later to tell me what he thought the issue was but asked permission to go into the laptop and also let me know how much it would cost, and the worst case scenario. He either called or texted me in the days that followed and let me know the progress. He ended up having to take the laptop all apart and found that some of the connections were loose. That he got the screen to stay on and perform a diagnostic test. A day later, he was able to get the laptop fixed and the worst thing that happened was that he had to load the operating system back on and all the passwords and apps were wiped removed. This was fine because we had the passwords all saved elsewhere. I appreciated the level of service and what he was able to do to save the computer. I highly recommend Tech2U for any service that you need done to your laptop or PC! read more

I spent hours trying to fix my pc that had a corrupted file , I turned to the "experts" they charged me $260 and couldn't fix it . Who charges someone for something they can't fix ?
