We went here to have an iPhone X display replaced. After THREE replacements, it's still not working SO, we took it to the Apple store. They advised that an internal component was damaged, likely by the company that replaced the screen. When we went to this location, the lady suggested that my daughter was lying about dropping her phone AFTER getting rude with me about "replacing the last screen when we shouldn't have..." but ... you DID replace it AND you damaged it and now, we spent Almost $400 and don't have a working phone. I was very please with my service here. I dropped off my phone to get the screen repaired, and the guy behind the counter said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I told him I'd be back in an hour. When I returned over an hour later, my phone wasn't ready. But now there was a (manager/owner?) there, who seemed pretty upset with the guy for not having my phone ready. He started trying to fix my phone while I waited but realized the part he had in stock was defective. They had to get someone from their other location to bring over another part. The manager felt so bad about my phone not being fixed, she offered to deliver it to me (5 miles away) when it was ready and threw in a free tempered glass for the screen. Her partner/manager delivered it right to my office door. In the end, the managers made sure they provided great service! I'm pretty pleased with the turnout! read more

Fix UR Gadget to the rescue...again!!! I would give this business even more stars if I could, like an A+++! I had an iPhone 6S that was dying. The charging port had become wiggly. On my last 14% of charge I called and Tori and Laurie got my phone fixed up until I could get a new one. Then when I got a new phone, I was stumped trying to back up the old phone to the cloud and put all of my information onto my new phone. I didn't want to lose my precious photos, music or contacts and didn't want to have to start over with all my apps. The back up to iCloud wound up taking almost 24 hours because {cringe} I had never backed it up before. But Tori and Lauri soldiered on and got ALL of my old phone onto my new phone for me. The cost of the repair was fair and reasonable too, considering their expertise and the cost of materials. The location is a little "off the beaten track" but convenient, and it wasn't too busy when I dropped the phone off and picked it up. Today was my second visit to Fix Ur Gadget. But after writing my initial review, seeing the response back, management's communication leading up to my next visit and the final resolution, I must say that this company does care about their customers. I now have a new screen that is neither cracked nor flickering and I enjoyed talking to the managers as they are genuinely nice folks. Found a buyer for my iPhone 6 but the screen was cracked, so I went over to Fix Ur Gadget on a Saturday morning. It was no hassle. One guy running the shop. Done in less than an hour. Anytime you gotta repair an iPhone screen it's gonna hurt, this time was no different. $120 or so, but I did get 10% off with my check-in. Can't complain. Lesson: Hold on to your phone! This place is Amazing!! Brought my water damaged EVO 4g there because my insurance won't cover liquid damage. I will admit I was hesitant at first because they don't offer warranty on water damaged products. But the staff there went above and beyond to ensure that every part of my phone was in tip top shape. True, I had a good experience when I took my phone here to have the cracked screen fixed. BUT only 4 days later the screen was cracked again! It was in my purse- never dropped it. Now I'm really questioning the quality of the replacement glass that they use here... I'm extremely unsatisfied and feel like the $120 I spent here was a total waste. I took my MacBook Pro to an Apple authorized store and after diagnosing the problem they determined the entire logic board had to be replaced at a cost of $650. So I called Fix Ur Gadget and told them what was going on so they told me to bring it in that they felt they could fix it for less, so I did.. my total walk out bill came to $165 as he didn't have to replace the entire logic board but rather just a capacitor !! My husband and I had the worse experience with this company and especially the owner "Tori". I would not recommend this repair shop at all. We had a cracked screen and our iPad wasn't working due to impact on the front cover. We brought it in for repair and we were told that it could not be fixed. They claimed to have looked at it. They had not told us what they did. My husband then took it home and had it working. We brought it in after that in "working condition" and just needed the screen to be replaced which they did and which we paid for. When they opened up the iPad they had moved the home screen button and it wasn't put back properly so it was brought back again. When we got it back it wasn't no longer working at all. The man at the shop told me the battery was dead so I went home to charge it and it was completely unusable. We came in for a $100 repair and lost $1,000 over it. They also tried to blame my husband for it on top of it. We had also paid another $50 for their "expert" to look at it. They just wanted the extra money, I can see this now. When the owner called me (Tori) she was extremely rude would barely let me get a word in edge wise. She kept talking over me and lied as she said it had never been working. Then why would we have brought it back another 2 times for the button if it wasn't working. She replied "are you more upset that your husband broke it or that your children jumped on it", wow!!! I can't believe this is an owner of a company. Be weary about this company and all of its locations. I will be taking further action as well. Would not recommend this place. read more

I've been taking my phones to this shop since it first opened (quite a few years - they are really close to my house). I took my daughter's phone to be repaired there in Oct '18 (approx. 3 months ago). I asked the employee to put a tempered glass protector screen and paid for both repairs and the protector. Turns out that he never put the protector on, in the meantime my daughter and I could have sworn that it did have a protector on (being glass we thought it just blended in perfectly with the phone). My daughter cracked the entire screen, I told the guy that it should be ok since it has a screen protector, which he then corrected and let me know there wasn't one. I'm now having to pay nearly $100 to have it replaced again due to the negligence of the staff. The owner Tori gave me a laughable discount ($5) and a free screen protector (worth to me $20, to her probably $5 at most). As a business owner myself I've gone the extra mile for each of my clients to keep them satisfied. This shop offers nothing exceptional, their work is average or below. I've had screen repairs that left my phone acting weird which I overlooked and never complained about. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

I turned in my iPhone 5 with a broken screen in the right hand corner. They fixed it in a decent amount of time; however, there are times in which the screen does not respond to my touch. This place is a freaking JOKE!!! Do not bring your devices to this place if you care about them at all... Because they can give a hoot, and still charge you a boat load for repairs that a flea market would do soooo much better "not that I had anything done at a flea market", but as a figure of speech, this is how low I think of the people at this location, and their ability to do a simple repair. Basically I gave them a laptop to repair, they replaced the screen, but cracked my bezel, left a space between the bezel and the housing. When I complained about it, the so called store manager "who is an even bigger joke with an attitude that makes you just wanna smack her up"... Took my laptop to the back and told the tech to just glue it back together! OMG, this is about the time I lost my mind! Told her to call the general manager, and she did. Spoke to him, and to his credit, Shane(GM), is a pretty nice guy. Although he really did nothing special to accommodate my experience with these people, he basically replace my bezel with some old junk computer and said this is all we can do! I still paid the full over-priced repair, and now my nice computer looks like shit because it no longer matches or looks the same. I had to give this review one star... But honestly they don't even deserve that! And that young nonchalant store manager at this location is worthless and can kiss my ARSE... Snatch! read more
