Fast and friendly service and inexpensive! I brought my iPhone 6 in for a screen repair. I had called first and was given two options for repair - one for less a expensive screen and one for original Apple glass. Both quotes were reasonable - and slightly lower that 2 other places I called. The guy was very upfront about the lesser expensive glass and said that the screen would look a bit darker so I opted for the other version. This was by far the easiest and quickest experience I've ever had with getting a cracked screen fixed. When I dropped my iPhone 8 and cracked the screen, I immediately got online to try to find a vendor to get it fixed. Enter A2Z- I gave them a call, and Nick said I could come in the next morning for an appointment. Less than 20 minutes later, my screen was fixed and I was very happy. Called ahead and got welcome invite with levelset for expectations of minimum diagnostic cost. I arrived a couple hours later and he examined my phone while collecting information about my issue. He determined that my phone had a failing charge capability that could be resolved with a high capacity charger. He tested to be sure his prognosis was correct and determined it was. He offered a full diagnostic but did not think it was necessary and he sent me on my way with a high capacity charger and a functional phone at half the cost of the minimum diagnostic. He was professional and demonstrated integrity by solving my issue without pressing for the cost of the diagnostic when he knew it wasn't necessary. I'll bring any other device issues back to A2Z Wireless without hesitation. read more
