Replaced iPhone 6 screen. Fast, done right in front of me, no hard sell.

I got duplicate Apple phone batteries..spent $75 for battery and charging port..However after 3-4 days phone is not even switched on.when I checked at apple store, they confirmed that because of duplicate apple battery, phone is not functioning.I would recommended not to visit this place. read more

okay well I just got my phone fixed to your iPhone 6 plus they were definitely cheaper than all the other places that I've called around 2 and they were really fast about it like the other places like 20-30 minutes but this place the guy literally took 10 minutes and you know he was opening it up we talked a little bit about the weather and next thing you know we will have done already and I believe his name was Aaron I spoke with me on the phone with his older brother is really nice fast the screen looks great I mean like I was it's not the first time I've been here I had to go here and have a problem with the screen before now screen looks great the LCD was like really messed up before and now it looks just like you I mean I can't really ask for anything more but yeah I mean I hope this helps and hopefully I don't have to come back again but if I do and hopefully I don't have to come back again but if my wife makes the phone again and now he's like I know I have a go-to spot to get the phone fixed. Wellll... this be my story and experience . :) I have had a cracked screen for many months now and just was putting it off because of the dollars that I didn't have to put towards such a thing . I got so much stupid glass in my fingers and over time the screen just got worse of course . It ended up chipping away by the home button and so then the button was all out of whack and basically it was that time to put my change together and get it did . I have an iPhone 6 Plus btw- in case you are reading this and care . So I researched many places and this one seemed perfect - I walked right in and talked to a guy named Allen . He was very friendly and looked right at the phone and quickly assessed that I would only actually have to replace the screen , cuz that would in turn fix the button - cuz it just had no glass around it , to hold it in place . So I was most worried about the dollar amount & the length of time it would have to be left there with him. He worked with me on the price , to make it a bit more bearable - and then said it would be done in 10 mins . I was mind blown ! He got to work on it right then and there . My 6 year old son was all curious and trying to watch and Allen was so patient and kind to him, while doing the phone . I was worried my son was all up in his space so I had him try to simmer down and sit with me - but Allen was so friendly to him and asked him questions . It was the best experience I have had with such a thing , in a long many years . I was out of there in 10 mins like he said , and my phone is beautiful ! I barely recognize it ! So pretty :) .. so this is now my phone place for life - no if , ands, or buts about it :) . Nothing in life EVER goes down like how this experience was . Atleast for me - but anyways yeah I have my beautiful phone and he gave me a deal on the protector , cuz I am going to treat it like the king that it is - phones are so damn expensive and everything that goes wrong with them is just killer to have to go find a place and pay for . But not at this place . You must go here . Hopefully you get Allen , cuz he was super rad and made my day today . For real - but I'm sure they are all great there . This place offers what seems to be decent screen replacements for a decent price. The problem I had was that my screen was so cracked that I was one wrong passcode input away from my phone locking up I guess permanently, regardless of if you have the "Erase All Data" option off. So I took my phone there, and gave them my passcode upon request which I thought was very unnecessary and strange but I did so anyways. Then when I pick up my phone it says it's locked and needs to be connected to iTunes. It turned out the only way to ever use my phone again was the complete reset everything on it. This would've been no problem if I had a backup, but I couldn't back up my phone before because my screen was so cracked that I couldn't ever unlock it in the first place. From this I lost every picture from my freshman year of college out of state. I wouldn't be so distraught with an easy mistake, but the employees didn't care, the owner was rude but gave me a 5 dollar flimsy phone case and cheap screen protector. Then when their new screen stopped working after 2 weeks, they almost wouldn't replace it for me because they couldn't find my transaction, I had to go to the bank and print a statement to prove I paid them for the screen. After so much struggle I'm finally out of the store and leaving when the owner arrives and asks if he can take my phone apart and look at my screen to check if it's his screen. (He assumed I was lying and just wanted him to fix my screen for free or that I got someone else to fix his screen and now want him to fix it) so he takes it apart and starts raving that it's not one of his screens and it's low quality and that he's never seen one like it before. Finally he realizes that it is his and let's me leave the store again, keeping my screen thankfully. I wouldn't have been able to do Anything if he decided to keep claiming he didn't do it. Anyways, just back up your phone often and choose your iPhone technicians wisely. read more

I dropped my phone in the middle of the night and the screen went black, i really thought i was going to see a whole new phone until my friend suggested all i needed was a new led, who knows what that is?! so i went to yelp first thing in the am (8am on a sunday) to find a repair guy.. After inquiring with other people who were available until noon or no respond, the angels came down and i received a phone call from Nick at A-Z. He explained the store wouldn't be opened until noon but was willing to open early (10am) to get me in to fix my phone. I found the shop with no navigation and he even called me back to be sure i found the place and i wasn't lost. When i got there the door was open and he fixed it until 15 minutes, offered a better glass and i go a cute accessory just cause. Nick was so accommodating and nice and knowledgeable. I was in & out pain feee. I didn't want to spend the money but after all i didn't feel so bad because my phone works and everything went fast and smooth, no complaints, thank you Nick! read more

I called the store and spoke to Nick, he gave me a reasonable price. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The screen on my mom's older phone wouldn't work but the phone was able to power up. I needed the information transferred onto a new phone. Prior to contacting A2Z Wireless I reached out to my phone carrier and they did not have the equipment to properly do the transfer. When I arrived at the store, Allen greeted me very politely and he was able to successfully do the transfer in a timely manner. I went in to inquire how much would it cost me to fix my slightly screen cracked iphone 6plus. To my surprise it was really a fair price! I was told by some people that the price would be around 200-300 bucks and Nick gave me a great deal! I was about to sell my phone to him & get a new one but he said let me just fixed it and just keep it you don't need a new phone coz your phone works perfectly fine.He's an honest and awesome guy! Won't ripped you out! (Besides my phone is paid in full already I don't want to get a new one just like my phone carrier are telling me!) I inquire with few different stores how much would it cost me to fix my phone & their prices is outrageous! By far the best phone repair service I have ever received. Fast and efficient! I called in earlier today to get a quote on how much my repair would be, I explained what had happened and Nick told me not to worry, that it was a quick fix and then of me how much it was. My clumsy a** cracked my screen again (entire screen shattered), but this time the phone literally had a dent in it. I came to see Nick again and told him there was absolutely no way my phone would work again. Low and behold.. I come back after 15 minutes (had a quick burger and came back) and thought he took an iphone 6 plus brand new out of the box and handed it to me with grace. AARON and NICK are great guys who do great work! I had my screen/LCD replaced on my iPhone 6 with an original apple OEM screen. First of all it was great that they even provided the option for an original screen, there is a huge difference between original and after market. I am a very detail oriented person, and picky as well, especially when it comes to trusting others to perform a service for you that you know nothing about. They guys are extremely knowledgeable and care about their customers, they were thorough in explaining my repair options to me as a consumer, as well as the process. I had brought my phone to Nick after having a bad experience at another repair shop. The old repair shop promised me original apple parts which I found out was a lie. The "Apple" LCD from the other shop did not even work so I just let them put and after market screen on. I made a bad decision because the replaced aftermarket screen was flickering and still not functioning properly. It was not until I brought my phone to Nick and Aaron at A2Z that my phone was repaired correctly and efficiently. They do all of the work in front of you (right away it's easy to tell they're good guys, but even if you can't it's great that they do it in front of you without you asking - total trust). They pulled off the "new after market screen" the other shop installed that very same afternoon and showed me that not only was the product poor quality, but it was damaged and the brackets were broken. Nick also took the time and showed me the apple LCD and how to tell the differences (between OEM vs. aftermarket) in looks/markings before he installed it. It took less than 5 minutes, and instantly I could tell the difference in quality and color of the OEM screen Nick installed for me verses the shit aftermarket damaged screen installed at another repair shop. Nick then packaged up the "new aftermarket screen" that was on the phone for me so I could bring it back to the bad repair shop for a refund. TRUST THESE GUYS!!! THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH CARE AND RESPECT. In a world where corporations control where most consumers have to invest their money it's nice to know I have someone I can count in this niche of the market.
