On January 1, 2017 I went to the store since I cracked my Iphone screen the night before. The owner and his brother were both in the store and replace my screen within 10 minutes. I paid around $132 including tax and tip. The owner's brother told to me know if my screen was having problems and to come back if it did have problems. My screen was having terrible problems and I came back a few days later. There was someone else working at the store this time and he tried to put every screen on my phone that he had in the store and none of that worked on my phone. He told me either that he would refund me fully or I could wait until the owner would come in that day. After, he refund me fully I went to the Apple store and they replaced my phone screen and it was only a $10 difference between the two places. A month later I retrieve my credit card bill for a charge from the A-Z wireless iPhone repair shop for $12. I was still being charged for the tip. I was visiting family when I went to the shop and I am no longer in Los Angeles. So my mother went down to the shop to ask to be fully refunded like they said I was going to be but they refused. I hate to being paying for a service that did not even work on my phone. I highly recommend that you pick a different store since a significance number of their products are defective. read more

Got an iPhone 6 battery replacement from here. After receiving a couple of different quotes around the valley area via Yelp, I decided to settle on A2Z because of their affordability. I stopped by today afternoon to get my battery replaced and Manny who helped me was very friendly and fast. I was able to get $5 off AND a free glass screen cover thru their Yelp deal/check-in. I'm super happy with their service. The battery they installed had 40%, so I still have to wait and see how it holds up after a couple of full charges.
