She proceeded to tell me that I couldn't I've the phone back because there is an issue with it (meanwhile 2 other ATT stores told me different). If I could give this store and their management team 0 stars I would. The staff obviously does not know guidelines and how to treat customers. Terrible experience nor will I be returning.

The situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I ended up paying for the casing and a screen protector, but later realized the screen protector had been removed. Because I was with my daughter and didn't want to cause a scene, I chose not to go back inside. Overall, the experience felt dishonest and I would be cautious before doing business here.
