It gives us great pleasure to emphatically endorse WISA Solutions. At the onset of this process, we were seeking a contractor to renovate four bathrooms (a master, guest, and two powder rooms) in our 24-year old townhouse purchased in 2017. We researched numerous companies and interviewed three including WISA. While none of the three pushed the "hard sell" (a tactic we hate), it was WISA that really went beyond simply providing an estimate. At our request, they assisted us with design and material choices. They advised us on current/popular trends, went into great detail over materials and brands, and provided best options to increase value for renting and resale (all before we committed to use them). What was most telling is that when we finished interviewing all three contractors and were still deliberating, WISA followed up to answer any outstanding questions we had. When we told them we were still deciding on a contractor, WISA responded, "Whether you decide to go with us or not, please consider us an information resource moving forward." Just prior to WISA starting our bathroom project, our basement flooded from a broken pipe causing us to also replace the floor, baseboards, and some drywall. We therefore expanded WISA's scope of work to include these repairs. From start to finish, WISA's employees were clean (drop cloths, taking shoes off, keeping doors closed even in the small bathrooms to reduce noise and dust), courteous, professional and competent. At our request, they routinely explained problems with previous work they discovered during the demolition phase. They also did so by explaining building concepts in layman's terms, providing us knowledge we can use in the future and empowering us as consumers. WISA tradesmen's work was done with great forethought, precision, and quality. Also of note is that when WISA encountered issues, they resolved them without turning every item into a change order. Their pricing would be reasonable for an average contractor, but definitely demonstrates an elevated value proposition for consumers due to their high quality of work and professionalism. Any praise we provide will still fall short of demonstrating our extreme satisfaction with WISA. We can provide no stronger endorsement; we will only use WISA for future renovations. read more

WISA Solutions is nothing short of absolutely amazing; I had several company's to provide estimates...but WISA got my business due to the genuine honesty and concern that they displayed to me and my home. The entire kitchen remodel process was done with absolute care and attention to detail; even through unforseen duct work issues and changes that I made throughout the process. Daoud, the owner, was on site just about daily checking the process and ensuring my concerns were answered and resolved ASAP. Waris ensured the design met my expectaions every step of the way, even allowing for me to more than double my island space. We have owned our home for over 30 years, and I've never worked with a better firm than WISA. The owner, Daoud, is a fine person and is dedicated to delivering quality work and excellent customer service. He has a very talented team, who are professional and wonderful to work with. When he bid the job, he arrived with a project manager and designer, who problem solved options and costs as I told them what we wanted. The designer is very talented and worked with us through the project. When the pandemic came, and we wanted to postpone starting, we had no pressure at all to start until we were comfortable -- which ended up being a year later. Daoud held to the original estimate, which he didn't have to, even though the cost of wood had skyrocketed. The workers were excellent, on time every day, polite and cleaned up, leaving things organized. We made additional requests as the project progressed (new sump pump, additional electrical updating, more cabinets for example) and they gave us estimates for each, followed by a change order we would agree to. Communication was excellent throughout. WISA is priced very fairly, but they weren't the cheapest. We had made the mistake before going with the cheapest bid. WISA Solutions is the only company I will ever work with! They came into our house and made it our home with all the details to make it truly original and beautiful that fits my family perfectly. The scoop of work included an entire main floor remodel - removing walls to make it an open floor plan for a brand new kitchen, living room, and powder room. They installed new windows throughout the entire home, install hardwood floors, removed the bay windows to add a sliding door and installed a brand new deck. They also completed major updates to the exterior, which included a new roof installation, moving the front porch and front garden bed made of brick. All of WISA's crew were polite, courteous, and treated our home as if it was their own. It was the same crew that arrived on time and cleaned up daily. They continued to go above and beyond my expectations and had impeccable attention to detail. We chose WISA Solutions to do a full remodel of a full bathroom for our kids and our master bathroom. WISA was very responsive and incredibly easy to work with as we conducted research prior to choosing a contractor. They gave us an in-depth consultation and did not pressure us while we made our decision unlike many other contractors. Having received multiple recommendations from co-workers who used WISA in the past coupled with feeling very comfortable with the WISA team, we decided to go with them for our bathroom remodel. WISA finished our remodel in less than 2 months while managing us having a newborn in our house the entire time. Their workers were incredibly respectful of our family the entire time and gave us peace of mind during a project that in most cases is incredibly stressful. They were the best case scenario for a contractor. Both bathrooms turned out great. Any punch list items we identified were addressed usually with 24 hours. Also, a WISA project manager was on site literally every day to track the progress of the project. For a sizeable remodel, always do your research and get multiple quotes. I contacted WISA for them to come and take a look at the kitchen/dining/living room that I wanted to remodel in my place in Arlington. They were incredibly responsive and made the appointment to come and visit my home. Immediately they could understand the vision for the new footprint that I wanted. This involved moving walls, moving plumbing and electric and HVAC venting. The drawings they did were exactly what I wanted and we quickly moved forward with the contract and permitting. I visited their showroom to select materials. They understood the aesthetic I was trying to achieve and made some minor suggestions that made the entire thing turn out even better than I had imagined. I am very thrilled with the final result. Got multiple estimates; WISA was not the lowest, but we had a feeling after getting to know the team that they would be the best -- and we were right. We spent a lot of time shopping around for the right contractor for our kitchen remodel and we're so glad we chose WISA Solutions. We wanted to redesign the entire space. This involved knocking down a wall, installing a vent over our stove, moving all of our major appliances, installing several lights, and shifting our existing kitchen island over a few inches, which ultimately meant installing a few slats of new hardwood flooring. But, we went with WISA not only because they had competitive pricing, but they were also thoughtful, responsive, respectful, and creative. We loved the idea of working with a family-owned business that used its own employees to get the job done. Each of them has pride in their work, kept things on schedule, and checked things carefully to ensure it was done right. Wisa Solutions did an amazing job renovating my home. I had to replace all of the plumbing in the house and decided to make renovations at the same time. The quality of work was amazing. Whenever a problem occurred Wisa let me know immediately and made every effort to ensure I was completely happy with all work performed. My job took longer than expected due to the fact that my house is older and settling had occurred which meant uneven walls or floors. The owner, Daoud would check on the job at least once daily and ensure I was happy with the work performed.
