Caitlin was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My brows have never looked better! You can tell she really knows her craft. She threads your eyebrows/facial hair in order to achieve the shape or look you're aiming for. It's definitely a LOT LESS painful than getting waxed and a lot more accurate than shaving. I say this because I took out my eyebrow piercing several years ago and sometimes it can get tricky trying to shape that particular part of my brow with the tiny scar I have and she made it look seamless. Early this same week I went to the mall at 8:30 to attempt to get my brows done as well and the station was already closed even though the mall closes at nine. I came here years ago because Sam was recommended by my stylist we the time. And I doubt I will ever go to another place. Sarah was the person who took care of my mess and she did it with a grace that only comes from her being a good person with experience in the field. I didn't feel ashamed to be a hairy guy getting my back and shoulders waxed. So imagine what she can do for others! I did see Sam when I went into the suites area and she was just as professional as I remember. I'm glad her business has grown and thrived. The suites are very cozy and welcoming. Only to find out the only thing they had available was a mani-pedi so I used my GC for that and saved the rest for a massage at a later date. It was $80 for a mani-pedi and additional $15 for gel (mani) and $10 for French tips (pedi). They do not do acrylic. So this alone was crazy expensive to polish my real nails. Less than 4 hours later the top layer of my gel nails peeled off and 2 of my nails' gel came completely off. I called the next day and told Rachel what happened and she told me to come in so she could fix it but I couldn't come right away and she was booked, so I had to celebrate my birthday with incomplete polish on my nails. I haven't heard back from her and this was just on Friday (2/07). I don't know if I want to get my massage there but I hate to see my sisters' $200 go to waste especially since I already wasted $105 on a mani-pedi.
