Zero communication and unprofessional! I recently bought a home and the turf in the yard had a very…read morestrong odor. After shopping around different turf companies, I decided to go with Cleaner Turf. After going on the website and requesting a quote, I received very quick service with a phone call and was given a quote for the turf and even upgraded to have the pavers power washed as well. She even recommended a deal going forward that would allow me to have monthly cleanings, which I was very happy about. I then paid the 10% deposit via email. I was scheduled to be serviced and the person was supposed to arrive from 4:00-4:30. At 4:32pm, I called just to ensure someone was on their way. Again, I just bought this house and am currently not living in it. I was there solely for the purpose of have the turf and pavers cleaned. I was then told by Elena that the cleaner JUST arrived at another customer's home, that they're behind due to weather, and that he would not arrive to my house until 6:00pm. The situation is fine (because no one can predict the weather and if they had called me earlier in the day, we could've rescheduled), HOWEVER, had I not called, I would've been in the house twiddling my thumbs. I told Elena I was fine with 6pm and began the wait again. At 6:32pm, no one had arrived so I called again. Keywords: I CALLED again. I was over this company by then and decided I wanted my deposit back. Elena then told me she had to "check with her boss" about me receiving my 10% deposit back and that I should text her my email address. I got my deposit back after a day. Again, ZERO COMMUNICATION AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Also, to not even attempt to make it right is crazy business...

They even left samples so my wife could see and feel them, which made the decision much easier. All the contractors at Green Guru (electricians, cement, plumbing etc) have contractor licenses which guarantees a job is done correctly because there is legal protection.
