I started seeing Dr. Wisner at the end of 2019. I was in a car accident 8 years prior and haven't felt 100% in a long time. I also wanted to focus on a more holistic approach of my health so finding chiropractic care that aligned with me (pun intended) was important. Dr. Wisner gave me a three month plan. She was spot on and now I come in for maintenance. She also kept me align and feeling great throughout both of my pregnancies. Both my girls have also been in her care since the early months after they were born. My little one had a tongue and lip tie released but still tense up to nurse. Dr. Wisner relieved those tensions with gentle adjustments so breastfeeding became more comfortable and baby slept better. With my toddler who is exploring like a monkey, a quick adjustment ensured alignment after falling and release tension for better sleep during her growth spurts. Lastly, the ladies at the front are great! They check in on us if we had forgotten to set up an appointment. Two years ago I walked into Dr. Wisner's office fighting back tears from the pain I was experiencing in my left shoulder. She instantly picked up on my mental state and was able to calm me down. She assured me that she understood what I was going through and would be able to help. She gave me a realistic time range to see results. It was much longer than I had hoped for, but she was spot on. The x-ray of my neck revealed what we needed to address. I saw her twice a week in the beginning. The results came gradual as she told me they would. I saw them increase even more when she added in new techniques, like how to use Kenesio tape. I wasn't a fan of the Dennerol, but found the more I used it the more results I got. I was really impressed with how she listened to what I was saying about my pain and how it changed from each visit. She easily found ways to adjust the treatments as needed. Every suggestion she made, helped. After the first couple of months I was able to reduce my appointments to once a week and then every other week. I was able to add weights to my workouts which strengthened my muscles around my pinched nerves in my neck. I saw even more progress. I loved going to her office because not only did she provide excellent care, but she is so easy to talk to. I shared my lower back surgery stories and the frustration I had dealing with that damaged nerve. I was convinced it was permanent damage, but she said, "Oh no, I can help you with that, too!" And that she did. She started using the Activator on my full spine. It's such an effective tool and my favorite! It's 2 years later and I'm shocked when I think about my first visit compared to where I am now. I don't go as often as I did in the beginning but I always look forward to my next visit. In seconds she can feel my back and know exactly what she needs to target. It's a gift few Chiropractors have. I don't have to keep going back. I want to keep going back. Her knowledge, her experience, her creativity, her leadership and her amazing people skills make every visit worth every penny. I have learned that as I age, my neck will get worse and more discs may deteriorate requiring more surgeries. I keep very active and count on my visits to Dr Wisner's office to keep my neck & spine as fit as possible. When I do have to face another surgery, I can go in with confidence knowing my recovery will be minimal and I'll have expert hands to help me heal.
