Then, on my way from Pennsylvania to Ohio, it became more apparent that I would probably need to replace it very soon. When I arrived my destination in Ohio, looked this store up on Yelp and called them. Arland took the call, and he guided me thru with what I would need for my vehicle. I headed over to the store as soon as I could hoping my car would start. Fortunately, it did. When I arrived, there were a few customers already waiting in line, and Arland took care of me right away. He was very helpful, and offered to help me install the battery in the car when I asked if I could borrow some tools to take my old one out. The old one came out, and the new one got put in. Called 3 times the next morning before finally hearing at 1p that the delivery had arrived. I took an Uber to the store only to be told that they don't replace batteries in a Prius. So now I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for roadside assistance. There's a Napa right down the street. 2 stars because the guy who was here last night was ready to replace it when I got here 15 minutes before close even tho that's the same guy who didn't check if they had the battery in stock when i called.
