It's car parts. It's hard to screw that up. But the people in here always go out of their way to help, know about all the products in there, and are honest about the products. The last time I went, I needed a bulb in my headlight. The guy that works there installed it for me. My headlight would not come apart as it's supposed to. Everything in that 15 year old car is rusted into place or rusting out of place. It's in great shape cosmetically and mechanically, has low miles, but you can't escape the rust in a 15 year old car. So he couldn't get the screws out to put the bulb in. But he didn't give up. He spent about 45 minutes on it, minus some time he had to go in to help other customers. He probably got to a point where he was gonna beat that fuckin headlight if he had to beat the shit out of it to get it to comply. But nonetheless he went to a lot of work and aggravation to save me a trip to a shop. I am forever grateful. read more

Horrible experience with Chad, the counter person. He is not only lazy but very rude and obviously wants to do as little as possible. I ordered a battery for my Sprinter Cargo van at 7pm Thursay, at 9:55pm (they close at 10pm), I got an email saying the order was ready, when it was in stock. Obviously someone didn't want to fool with it and I would bet that Chad was working Thursday night. Anyway today, I went in to get the battery and have it changed. I overheard Chad say "This battery is really heavy I don't want to change it" Then, when he got to the parking lot, walking 15 feet with a cart was too much for him, he had me pull the van over. Then, proceeded to say he couldn't change it because it wasn't under the hood. It is actually easy access in the floorboard with 2 bolts that hold it in. The problem is that the two bolts are down the side of the battery and require an extension. He stated that the kid he is working with "is retarded and must have lost the tools" His entire attitude from walking in, once I showed him the email and what I was getting, made it obvious that he had NO intention of changing the battery. Anyway, I got a refund and left. read more

Moved last week from another state, upon arriving the car had a squeak in the steering. Told by a relative advanced auto could check steering fluid & possibly recommend a repair shop. Associate was not helpful, didn't know where to look. He then said "I guess you don't want to pay to get it checked out", right after we told him we didn't know any good shops. Rude and condescending from an kid who was probably 18. We'll never go back to this store. read more
