Long story short, Christina the manager, pointed to the sign on the door which read, no public restrooms. Learning opportunity for Christina: Show some compassion when a customer says they need to use the restroom in an emergency. It would have resulted in a sale. I hope that she never has to endure the embarrassment that she caused me today. Based on today's experience, I will NEVER patronize another NAPA store!

I asked why the NAPA website said the order would be ready in 30-minutes from the time I placed the order. He said the NAPA website has a default setting of 30-minutes but it is not always accurate. Wasted trip. Cancelled the order.

Purchased a used Ram truck in early Feb of 26. All / most of the negotiations were done over the…read morephone as I live 1.5 hrs away, with the understanding i could refuse the purchase upon personal inspection . Showed up the morning we agreed on and went for a test drive. Over all the truck was as advertised. A couple very minor things were quickly resolved. A turn signal issue was discovered during the test drive . After discussing a few options on how to fix it, Germain said they would fix it. This ended up being a bigger issue than I'm sure everyone anticipated, it ended up requiring me several additional trips into the dealership and involved rental cars on multiple occasions for the extended time the truck stayed in not only Germains service but also an additional Ram dealership. Finally after weeks of trial and error and several more weeks of waiting for parts, the issue was correctly repaired. I endured no additional cost for this just as agreed upon at the time of sale. Logan (Lo) in service was my contact during this process and i was kept informed during this entire process. I cant say enough about how i was treated and that Germain stood by the agreement to resolve the situation. Then 5 minutes later I overhead a different service advisor talking with another customer about the same machine and said "don't worry about that, that machine isn't accurate at all." Brought it up to my service advisor as I was checking out and he admitted it was bogus and an unnecessary service but he only refunded me half. Also, Stephanie H in sales is unprofessional. Made promises when she sold me my vehicle and has never delivered. She calls me once per year to "see if I need anything" and then doesn't respond when I reminder her, or has some excuse. Find ANYWHERE else - I know I will from now on!
