There was a very minor issue with the car and Greg said if I purchased it he would take care of the issue. So, just as he promised he called me to have the car fixed and took it in. The…read morecars are newer to not as old and are rebuilt titles, meaning they have been involved in an accident but the guy who runs the joint only sells cars that have only suffered body damage. They do their own body work and do excellent work to the point that you cannot tell the car has been damaged. He can give a price break because of the depreciation the cars face over having been in an accident but because he's less expensive than everyone else, he is not generous on trade and will not come down on the price. Be prepared to pretty much pay his asking price plus ballpark of $1,000 for tax and title. He's probably going to be better than anyone else you could buy a car from.

Coughlin worked with our Insurance Company to repair our vehicle. Because of estimate modification due to damage not seen on the original evaluation, the process took several weeks. When we got the car back it was in near perfect condition. I mean it looks amazing, inside and out. There was a problem with error codes coming up after we got it back but they quickly addressed the problem, which we found out was a loose wire inside the door panel. We highly recommend Coughlin Collision in Pataskala. Their attention to detail and willingness to please their customers is beyond expectation.

Very knowledgeable mechanics and very nice to employers in general, but very expensive place for…read morerepairs. I usually take my car in for oil, filter and tire rotation, $45 or so, not bad. However, any mechanical repair is extremely expensive. I received an estimate to change the sway away bars, rear suspension/rear shock absorbers and change the tripods for close to $1,500. I found a local small shop mechanic that did it for less than $700. Also, on another vehicle, the horn wasn't working, so Oxford gave me an estimate to fix it for $450. I reviewed YouTube videos and was able to fix it myself, since the problem was simply that the ground cable was not making contact. Bought a 2' copper cable, changed the horn and changed the plug, all for less than $60. Yes, $450 vs $60. Again, I don't think they are bad mechanics, but way too pricey. Won't go back.
