Great service and they explain everything to you. They are always open to answer any of your questions and take any car in with expert level care and consideration. Overall prices are very fair and similar to what I would pay in California but honestly way better. For my Mach1, it was $40 for the exterior and ~$65 for interior and exterior. In brief, the owner was understanding of my emergency (if there is such a thing as a car wash emergency), my mental state, and my urgency. He was able to adjust the schedule of his (at-the-time) appointment-only service and did a good job at cleaning several spots - clean and no odor. Read on for some background to understand the situation. My wife and I were staying in Dearborn for her medical procedure in Detroit. The night before the procedure, the dog vomited on the armrest and down one side of a seat. After dropping her off, waiting for her to call to pick her up, I went looking for a place to clean the armrest before the sun and heat baked what I could not remove into the upholstery (car wash emergency), creating a very unpleasant trip home. Finding a place should have been simple near Motor City. The first place (per Google Maps) was answered by a machine. Since I was close, I decided to drive there. The business was not there. The navigation took me to the wrong side of the fence at the address and then to a different location a half-mile away where there was no car wash. Adding to my stress, the car's Bluetooth kept asking whether I wanted to pair my phone and would not accept yes or no and continued to ask every few seconds. That lasted until I got back to the hotel and properly set it up. Switching navigation to HERE, I found another place. Again, the call went to voicemail. Since it was close, I decided to drive there. I could not find the place where the navigation voice said it was - more on that in a moment - so I gave up and started to go home. When I made a Michigan U-turn and started back, I saw the building and decided to make yet another U-turn and go back. I was on top of the building before I could see it. The building is set back a bit and hidden by the building next to it. It is two small buildings before a traffic signal, so I had to force myself to look away from the light to see the building. That is when the owner took over. He sympathized with my situation, rearranged his schedule, and got the work done. We decided I would not wait for it to dry and I was able to pick up my wife on time. read more

A big disappointment. Everyone was courteous and pleasant, but it seems a real assembly line operation. I'm used to detailing done by one or two people; here several people work on the car at once. When I came to pick up the car I found dried mud remaining outside of each wheel well (where mud splashes onto the body). The ?manager apologized and asked one of the washers to clean that. So another wait, after leaving the car there all morning. Then as I drove home, it was obvious the floor mats were still wet. I got home, took out the mats to fully dry, and they literally dripped onto my driveway. The car upholstry, on the other hand, seems to have been done with some kind of dry upholstry cleaner spray and not an upholstry shampoo. It shows; they aren't fully clean (and they were normal-use dirty, not all stained). Kind of a mess for $200. I won't be back. read more

I would not recommend this place at all. I had just came back from a road trip up north and I decided to come here to get a hand wash so that I can get the bugs cleaned off the front of my car. I paid $50 for a hand wash and I come to pick my car up and see that the front of my car is still filled with dead bugs, I asked the worker why this wasn't cleaned he said "in order for us to clean that you have to pay $200 for the full service detail". At this point I am furious, you mean to tell me I paid $50 for a regular car wash that I could've gotten for $10. The crazy thing about this is that a colleague of mine came here for a hand wash as well and he was very disappointed in the job they did that he was able to convince them to redo the job all over again or he wasn't going to pay $50 for a $10 job. read more

I had the full detail. Carpet vacuumed, upholstery and carpet cleaned, wipe down and wash. They did a very good job. I am very pleased with their service. It was so clean that my friend commented on it when she got in the car. They were able to reach all of those hard to reach areas. read more
