This is an update to an earlier highly positive review I wrote in 2022. I've now worked with David for over two years so thought I'd update my review. David at Wizdom On Wheels is great to work with. He quickly understands the nature of the IT problem I am confronting (e.g., problem with backups; problem with emails; problem with microsoft 365) and systematically and thoroughly troubleshoots the issue and identifies and implements a solution. Most importantly, he works with me to make sure I understand what he is doing and why and what the next steps are. He also carefully documents what he does so that we can refer to it later. David not only solves the problems I come to him with, but he also identifies additional items I should be concerned about (e.g., security and backup best practices), explains them to me and works with me to address them. Well what a difference a few years makes! Lo and behold, I contacted David Rutan, the owner of Wizdom on Wheels, recently and had not remembered my experience with him back in 2017. David has come a long way since then and has "gone the extra mile" to help me out of some pretty complicated and nightmarish experiences with my iMac recently, including upgrading software and apps, the latest SPAM filtering apps and general security issues which have grown at a remarkable rate in the last year or two.
