I had been having issues with my laptop for quite some time but I figured I would leave it alone and hoped the problem would just go away on its own. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and asked if he could help me and to provide an estimate. His name is Moe and he was very professional and friendly over the phone but could not give me a quote due to the fact that he needed to see my laptop and run a diagnostics test. Fair enough, I brought it to them, left it there for a few hours and then he called and told me what was wrong, how long it would take to fix and and the price which was reasonable. Who to turn to when major data recovery companies can't help or want to charge an arm and a leg? I had given up hope...needed pictures retrieved from my Samsung phone and I had been told the motherboard was fried and it could not be done.
