Such an amazing and relaxing experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was quick, attentive, and welcoming. The head spa was honestly the best I've ever experienced. The masseuse took her time and made the entire treatment feel so luxurious and calming. The massage was incredible, and the hour foot massage was equally amazing. I really mean it. Im taking my time to write this bc it was that great. All of the employees were so kind, helpful, and communicated everything so well. It was all women and we never felt pressured or uncomfortable. They examined our scalps, gave us helpful advice and truly made us feel cared for the entire time. You can tell they genuinely want their clients to have the best experience possible. We left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend! Made the appointment ahead of time for a group of 3 and we all go to sit together for the foot massage and chit chat. I woke up with a terrible stiff neck and was looking for a last-minute head spa treatment to help relieve the tension. I walked in to ask if there was any availability and was told they were very busy, but that they could squeeze me in for a 30-minute treatment. After being brought back to the room, asked to undress, and laying down on the massage table ready to begin, I then received a knock on the door and was told they were actually too busy and could no longer do the service. I completely understand that busy days happen, but this experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing to already be prepared for the treatment only to then be turned away. read more

Delicious! I've been to so many spa places for many different services and this one is a hidden gem. It sits on a busy street but preferred entrance is through the back; lots of parking. So it doesn't look like much business but it does. The service was amazing. Just how a massage should be. Not a rough fast routine to get all parts, that's my last experience at another place.
