I came here for a full body massage a few months ago with a friend. The whole process was very simple, I called to make an appointment during the week and they had availability the next day. Paula greeted me, it wasn't until afterwards I realized she was the same girl who did my massage. She was very skilled and was able to tell which areas were tight/needed a little more work. A pet peeve of mine are those places who give cookie-cutter massages and don't tend to the individual's needs. She asked if I'd like to try cupping which I'd heard of, but never had done before. She was very thorough and intuitive enough to notice that some people like to talk during their massages and some people like silence. (I like silence, and from experience some people don't understand that!) Paula spoke just enough to give a personalized massage but not disturb my peace. I decided to treat myself to a Facial. I was extremely pleased, best day ever!! Nathalie was an amazing esthetician!! I had a 60 minute Deep cleaning and I was in heaven!! As an esthetician I have very particular standards when it comes to cleanliness and protocol, and this is by far one of the best places I've gotten a massage. I went with a Groupon for a 60min Swedish Massage. My job has a rough impact on my back muscles so I was looking forward to easing some of that pain. Definitely ask for Paula when you book your reservation! Paula was sweet and knowledgeable, and very strong. Not only did I feel ease in my back immediately after the service, but in the morning, I woke up feeling good as new. My posture felt better and the pain I felt on a daily basis was gone. I loved it so much that I immediately booked another reservation in a few weeks. The spa as a whole is small and narrow, but the rooms are amazingly cozy and warm (which is especially good in the winter time). The heated bed and soft blankets on the massage table are beyond comfortable. They also offer water or tea after your service, which you can sip in the lobby, listening to the relaxing sound of the indoor fountain. Overall amazing experience! She used hot stones and a heating pad on my back to melt away the stubborn knots that I had. She also gently used warm towels to wipe off some of the oils so you don't leave feeling really greasy. I came here because my aunt gave me a Group On for a 60 minute massage. Their normal rate for a 60 minute Swedish massage is $70 but the Group On was for half off. I walked in 10 minutes before my appointment and sat in the lobby for a few minutes filling out a form about any medical conditions I may have had and then I was asked if I needed to use the restroom first, which I did. The restroom was clean and had cloth hand towels to dry my hands with. I was then escorted into my room and told to change. I waited about 10 minutes for my masseuse, Paula, to come in. I haven't had a massage in over a year and she noticed that my shoulders were really tight so she asked to used hot stones on them. It was really nice. She was really kind even though I was a tough case since all I do is slouch while I study so my back is a total mess. She made me feel really comfortable the whole time. My friend and I got groupons for 60 minute swedish massages. It was a bit difficult to get in touch with the spa because they wouldn't pick up the phone, but finally we scheduled our massages. The place is cute and clean, the room was warm and they used a warmer under the blanket on the table which was a nice addition! The massage itself was good, not just elbows and a ton of oil like in some places. It was actually nice and relaxing. The only upsetting part was that our massage was cut short..40 minutes to be exact instead of the 60! It was my fault because I was late but we told them in advance and idk most places honor that and start the count down once you arrive. Unfortunately, not here. Maybe because it was a groupon and we didn't pay full price. And there was noone after us like they said there was! To give a little background on our experience my fiancée and myself had an appointment for a couples massage. Upon arrival we walked in and no one is to be found at the front desk area and the light behind the desk was even off, so we sat down on this couch that looked skeptical for a good 5 mins before anyone even came out to greet us. The massage room was right behind the front desk area and were able to hear everything going on. During the massage was not peaceful or relaxing at all. The women giving the massages, their cellphones kept going off throughout the hour, both ladies left the room at separate times a total of 5 times!! How are you supposed to enjoy a massage and your moneys worth when the masseuse is leaving the room to say the least? Also somehow they got their lotions and oils on our clothes and shoes that were set aside in the room which are now stained due to the oil based. My fiancée had told me that she had also felt uncomfortable at times during the massage to with the way they did some stuff. When you first walk in the smell of aromatherapy oils are very calming and relaxing. I checked in and waited about 10-12 minutes to be taken in. The massage rooms were nicely decorated with soothing music playing. My massage therapist did a great job but I would've liked her to at least ask me how the pressure was. I had certain areas that I felt needed more attention but was never asked such questions. When I got out of the room, I noticed I was shorted about 10 minutes worth of massage. As a Massage therapist, I was highly disappointed with the massage I received. While the spa was very well cleaned and decorated (thus the 1 star I rated this spa at) the therapist I had for my treatment, was not concerned with me at all. I listed specific problems I had been dealing with and even paid more money to upgrade to a deep tissue massage so the therapist would be more willing to help. 98% of the massage was useless. The therapist ignored my request to add pressure when I spoke up, even after she checked in with me I had asked for more pressure and she changed nothing. The areas of concern were touched only by two strokes and no extra attention or care were given to the area. At one point she awkwardly aligned my shoulder to the table and added a great deal of pressure, now I am still dealing with the pain I walked into the spa with as well as shoulder pain. The therapist was more concerned with washing oil off my body (which I found odd, I've never done that to a client nor had that done to me before) than she was with draping my body appropriately. I felt very exposed and was not comfortable or able to relax. I came in for a therapeutic treatment but left more dissatisfied and in more pain than any paying customer should. I had been here before and the same problem occurred, I wrongly assumed that this time would be different and do not want others to go through what I did today. I bought a groupon for a facial and a massage for myself and a friend who was visiting from out of state. It was very difficult to set up an appointment for both services for the two of us on the same day and around the same time. Finally we got the facials at 9am and the massages at 4pm. I wasn't too happy about that because it killed my whole Saturday but I live very close and I didn't have too much of a choice since my friend was only in town for a week. The reception area is nice, and the woman who greeted us was very friendly. I found out later that she's the owner. And then we were informed that only one of us was going to be able to get a massage that afternoon because one of the masseuse called out sick. I opted to reschedule mine and let my friend get hers that day. She showed us both into a room with two beds. I never asked for it to be a couple's facial. I assumed that we would get separate facials. But since my options were limited due to the time constraint, I didn't say anything. As other reviewers have stated, she left the room A LOT. And the facial was lackluster. She was splitting her time between the two of us. There was no extracting done. And she only put the steam on me and not my friend. Someone else said "spent more time washing things than actually working on my face" and I have to agree. We ended up tipping her $10 ea which I think was too much since I got a groupon for separate facial for each of us and we got lumped into one session. And because she's the owner. I won't ever go back for a facial. My massage the following week was good. I would say more Swedish than deep tissue. The head rest was very uncomfortable and I had a hard time breathing because of all the tissue wrapped around it. And I was cold. I think they should take into consideration that you're lying there naked. Heated blankets would be nice. I may go back for a massage in the future but I haven't decided. read more

After my last experience at this spa, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an apology and explanation from the owner about the events that occurred that day. Due to her kindness, I gave the spa another shot for a relaxing massage and I was amazed. Wow, what a different experience from the first time. My massage therapist was amazing. The spa was amazing.. I was going get the Groupon for $35 for a 60 minute Swedish massage but when I called to see if they had any availability, they took me the same day (an hour later) and said I could pay the Groupon price in store. I was greeted by Carmen, who would be my masseuse for the day, and she took me into the first room. It was a couples massage room as there was another bed and two robes on the door, but she said since it was only me, I could put my clothes on the second bed and lay down in the first. It had a warm blanket underneath that stayed heated the entire time which was a nice touch. I was facedown and she massaged the entire back of my body and then exercised discretion while holding up the towel and asking me to flip over. She put a beanie under my head and over my eyes to relax me. She massaged the front and back of my arms and legs, did my back, did my chest and my face, massaged my scalp and even my feet. After she use the lotion to massage me, she used a heated towel to finish the area and take off any excess lotion. This place was amazing I would definitely recommend it!! read more

Omg Nathalie is nothing short of a goddess! She has the most angelic, amazing, soft hands I've ever felt. I am so happy with my facial. I came in with my friend for facials and eyebrow tinting. We were both so pleased with our facials. 3 days later we are still glowing. Nathalie was so thorough and took her time. She explained everything and was so helpful and honest. She did some extractions and she was so gentle about it. She truly treated my face like a nice fine piece of silk. She even spoke to me about my current skincare routine and gave me some great recommendations. To top it all off while I had the mask on she gave me a great shoulder and arm massage. I will def be going back! My friend also got her eyebrows tinted and she was AMAZED by the results. I went there twice. Once for a message and once for a facial. BOTH were less than to be desired. Massage: the girl didn't even ask if there were any areas that hurt, focus on or she should avoid. Didn't even ask how the pressure was. Nothing! She didn't even know how to drape me. My boobs were def hanging out couple times which was a bit awkward. After I was done I didn't even know who gave me the massage. Weird! Facial: she was very nice but left the room twice. Once for the steam and the other to have me sit with a mask for 20 mins which was completely burning my neck. No massage of my hands or neck! I couldn't wait to get this brining mask off. Volga My daughter bought facial from groupon. We went there in a room with two beds. First there were two people for the first 2 minutes. Then they covered our eyes. We realized there was only one person working on both of us and she was leaving the room and returning working for few seconds on one and then on the other one. She had had mouth covered and was sneezing and coughing. I asked if she has allergies, she replied no then I asked if she was sick, she said she doesn't think so. Our one hour facial each became one hour for both of us with interruptions in between. Here I'm one week later lying in bed sneezing and fever and feeling so bad that was not able to go to work. The spa was very small, yet cozy. It was also very clean, which is huge for me. The massage started with some aromatherapy, which I thought was a nice touch. The massage therapist was strong, to the point I was sore the next day from her working out all the tightness in my back; but in a good way! She was attentive to I knocked off one star for two reasons: 1. At one point the massage therapist climbed on the table with me to massage me, which I thought was odd and is something I never experienced while receiving a massage before; and 2. I came to the spa to relax and pamper myself. The receptionist was very nice! The atmosphere was calming the set up was nice. I smelt lavender on the head rest was very soothing. I was able to enjoy the warm table and be in a relaxing state which is great! When I finally met my massage therapist she asked me a couple of questions. When the massage 1st began it was nice but I couldn't figure out what she was doing when I asked her and she says she does energy work which was very relaxing and different.
