They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. PROS: The company seems to run very professionally and is attentive to Covid guidelines. They only allowed a few people in at a time, masks required, good signage, out front, etc. CONS: Most things were not priced to sell so much as they were priced for profit. Also, a staff member was with you in every room kind of hovering (if they weren't initially in the room, they followed you into the room). As a customer, this felt awkward and uncomfortable.
