Service was great and there was a good variety. Meals came out in reasonable time. Both wing flavors were great. I also got the vegetable fried rice for my daughter. She didn't like it, but she is a picky eater. I thought it was real good. It may have had a little more soy sauce than she was used to, but I thought it was good and there were plenty veggies. So I really wanted some lemon pepper wings for lunch but didn't want to drive far. I looked up spots in my area that I hadn't tried out and this location popped up. So I ordered the 8 piece lemon pepper wet combo with tots and a peach drink. The site advised it would be fine in 20 minutes but I actually got a text that it was done in 10 minutes. Who doesn't like speedy service?? Got there and there were about 3 customers so not too busy this afternoon. The cashier was very friendly. Greeted me and thanked me for coming when I left. I was eating my tots in the way home and they were delicious. The peach drink is a must try. I definitely should have gotten a bigger sized cup for the peach drink. We initially ordered the signature factory burger, Not Closed on Sundays Chicken sandwich, Fried grouper platter (not pictured), original Philly cheesesteak (not pictured), a double bacon cheeseburger (not pictured), jerk wings and honey lemon paper wings. They keep you updated through text and the order was ready fairly quickly. Pick up was easy and everything was packaged well. The food was BEYOND what I expected! Everything was delicious. The Not Closed on Sundays chicken sandwich was to die for. Chick-fil-A who? Their lemonade is also bomb! We came back a few days later and got another chicken sandwich. We also tried the Carolina Gold chicken sandwich, tenders and a grouper poboy. Everything was great the second time. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because upon walking in for pick up, we were not greeted at all. I had to initiate the conversation went we got there and as we were leaving.
