Stopped in a little after noon. Line was so long, it was 25 minutes before I got to order. I've had their cold subs before which are good (very close to what I'm used to growing up in Philly) but wanted to try something different. Tried out the chicken teriyaki sub- never again! It's a sodium bomb! From the first bite, I felt like I had swallowed a tablespoon of salt already. Ugh. And it certainly doesn't look as pictured on the menu- where's the lettuce and tomatoes? This was the first time I had every visited this establishment. I ordered the Giant Super Sub "Mike's way" with Jalapeños on half. I was pleasantly suprised how good it was. It was fresh, and reminded me of the old school Subs that you could get back in the eighties. I will definitely be back, and would recommend trying them out to anyone. read more

Not recommend. Poor customer service. Problems several times with this location. I am giving up. Pretty good food, but last order was delivered and much of the order was left out. No way to fix the problem as they simply WILL NOT answer the phone. Ever. Also inquiries over the app have gone unanswered as well. Also, several times there has been a double points promotion thru the app but they don't credit them, the app will never accept a promo code, and the deliveries are usually late. The apps, promotions, etc are meant to create customer loyalty. I have tried to participate. Corporate needs to realize it will also drive the customer away - me - when implemented poorly. read more

I'm not sure why these other people are leaving bad reviews, because this place is delicious. They slice the meat for your sandwich as soon as you order it, right in front of you! Unlike Subway with their prepackaged meats. Plus, Jersey Mike's piles the meat and veggies on. When I go, I always have more toppings than bread. Some of the people that work there are a little young, but they have never been rude to me or customers around me (as far as I could tell). read more

As far as Italian Subs go, this is the gold standard. Just be aware, the gold standard costs more. Your sandwich is going to run you more than $10, even before you include chips or a drink. The price is the only thing holding this down to 4 stars, and me to only 3 or 4 visits a year for special occasions. However, I would much prefer to keep the price over losing quality. read more

The Jersey Mike at Glenda Trace can never get a pickup order right or sometimes they don't know you ordered even though the order is paid and confirmed. They had like 6 people working but not one of them could find my order and when they did it was unwrapped sitting on paper on the counter in a room full of customers not a one of them wearing mask except me. The girl in charge was rude to me when I asked about my sandwich. This sadly has happened three other times. I decided to try Jersey Mike's in Newnan Ga, hoping that we can finally have a shop to make a (Hoagie) PA type (Sub) NJ type sandwich that I have been wanting since leaving PA & NJ area? Well it was not what I have had in NJ at Mike's Sub's or any other Jersey Mikes in other states like Jersey Mike's Sub shop in Dahlgren, VA or even in MD. This shop is just maybe 1 step up from Subway Sub. Sloppy Super Sub 1 slice of meat each, wrong roll, 1 slice of provolone on a regular roll too much lettuce for a regular Sub it was poor for 10.00 charge. I have had at many other shops and there was more meat and cheese with the fixings that made the sandwich tasty. Just because GA people do not know what they should be getting is no way to show them the worst way to give them a sub, or sandwich. My other half had a Classic Italian was a disgrace wrong top roll with bottom part of roll, he was very disappointed and will not be back. More training is needed here on how to make a proper sandwich. Small shop compared to other shops in this franchise too. read more

Well today I wanted a hot sub. So I tried the Chipotle Cheese Steak and it was awesome. A lot meat on the sub and well seasoned. I added bacon too which I don't think it needed it. My husband and I went into this establishment last evening to order some subs. The place was clean and health score was passing. There was a young man who stated they were out of foot long sub bread but he had the miniature bread (no problem) but what he did next just floored me. This young proceeded to prepare our sandwiches but sneezed in the glove he was using to make the sandwiches. Now in my mind just take whose gloves off and get a fresh pair NOOOOOOO that's not what he did. I'm not even sure he was aware what he did but me being the germaphobe I am I pay attention to everything when it comes to my food. What else had he sneezed, cough or drooled on. I'm sure this isn't Jersey Mike's fault this is simple home training (well for most). Last time I had Jersey Mike's was back in middle school. They were just building one down the street from the school and it seemed like the better choice of the other options around. No complaints. Now some years later, I know the name but can't remember the taste. I guess you can say "born again Jersey Mike's virgin" because this was definitely a renewed taste. LOL Well needless to say, the staff was very friendly including the lady who rang up my order. I even donated to the cause of the month. I read some of the comments here that were negative, especially one about the bathroom but I did not venture there.. But I can say that perhaps the staff has gone through some changed a well as quality of products(there was a review about rudeness and quality). Sub choice: cold sub; it was made to order just as ordered. Awesome quality. Will be here again to try the a hot sub. The only reason I didn't give them a five star is because the wait time was rather long LOL with reason because the subs are made to order but with everyone kind of standing around, I felt like they should've rotated who was on the slicer.
