This has to be the BEST customer service we have ever had at a teriyaki spot. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were pampered by the lady running the show at the register. She was absolutely amazing! The food was equally as great! Food was fresh and the portions were better than most places. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of tables to dine on. My son has baseball practice near here 3 times a week and we will be eating here often. A MUST try! You will not regret coming here. read more

We were at Dairy Queen the other day and the Taco Burrito sign peaked my husbands interest. We tried to look it up but found nothing. We went the next day and found out it was part of this teriyaki restaurant. They offer a variety of dishes you would find at a teriyaki joint and a handful of Mexican entrees. Decided to go with Mexican. I tried the sopes and my husband got the burrito. The meat seemed fatty for both and something seemed a little off. The staff was nice and the restaurant was in a great location with a lot of seating. Would go back for their teriyaki but probably not choose their Mexican options read more

My first question when I noticed a new gal working the register, "Are you under new management?" She said we're all the same. Initially I was confused because this place has been a staple in this area, and with new management means a "new taste." I was right - teriyaki is nowhere as good as it use to be. The sauce tasted like bbq sauce - it was thick, hint of sweet & sour, and I want to say it left an after taste of bourbon (I know, right?). I also noticed they now split the facility - they serve teriyaki & mexican food. I'm saddened to read the original owners retired. This place use to serve the BEST teriyaki around the city. I spent $25 on this plate of sweet n sour shrimp was very disappointing to see they used frozen pre made shrimp and threw some sauce on it.. came with 1 pineapple piece and 2 sliced carrots .. I feel ripped off don't get it horrible dish .. This place use to be really good I came here all the time I live down the road for 20 years and the food quality has gone way down.. chewy meat and portions are less.. company is trying to cut corners on dishes to be more profitable and it shows .. Mongolian beef is probably the only thing left that's good if you don't get yesterdays meat read more

Been eating at this place for years. It has gone down hill. Order tonight was Mongolian beef. Generals and teriyaki chicken. The been was ok flavors. Rice was good. I know it's hard to screw up rice. Chicken. The generals had no real flavor or heat from the sauce. Chicken tasted off. Not sure what's up with that. Teriyaki chicken. Was ok ish. Chicken tasted off. Like not good. Was great until the owners retired. Now they are trying to sell Mexican food too. I got the Burrito. Mostly just rice, refried beans and very fatty beef. No taste at all. The traditional teriyaki has gone downhill too. So sad, as this used to be my go to. read more

The previous owners will forever be missed. We will not be returning to this place. The food was terrible. The chicken was undercooked and the teriyaki sauce is gel like. The general tsos had the smallest breaded chicken pieces and the egg rolls were soggy. This place has always been known for it's generous portion sizes, delicious food, and amazing friendly customer service. Such a disappointment read more

Been eating at this place for many years!!! But this time the service they gave us was horrible... the two lady's they were in front since we open the door they started talking about my wife outfit and the only way I knew they were, is because they were saying the brands and they didn't stop looking us all the time .. one of them started asking the prices of how much she spent for the shoes and purse and nails . And when it was time to paid ... she said are you going to pay my service ? And I was confused and I said what service she said yeah my tip of 30 dollars, I was like what !? I said no, it not an obligation to leave tip plus we wait for 40 min to get our food. And she said okay don't come back !!! I was like no worries I won't plus is fucking dirty anyways.. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! Just spend SO much money here and everything was terrible even the lettuce for the salad! The beef teriyaki was soured and the sauce was even worse, our chicken teriyaki was chewy and just not good! The chow mein idk what to even say! Don't waste your time and most importantly your money. The pictures are our leftovers(says it all), just couldn't eat it used to be a great teriyaki place! read more

A first!!! Ordered Delivery for dinner. Got an order of Chicken Teriyaki with Steamed Rice, a Chicken Teriyaki with Gyoza and General Tso's Chicken with Steamed Rice as well. Placed the order at 7:10 PM and the ETA was between 8:00 PM - 8:20 PM via GrubHub. The delivery person came at around 7:50 PM, earlier than expected! She left the food order at the front door, a contactless delivery as requested. Very speedy delivery... We received the food in a very timely manner and all of the food tasted great! A couple of things that could have improved are that the teriyaki sauce could be less salty and the General Tso's Chicken could be more spicy next time around. Besides that, the rice was cooked perfectly and the chicken was flavorful and tasty! read more

Never had an issue here before today about 7:45pm 2/14/25........... It's always been great. Went in ordered 4 entrees with fried rice and 1 order of gyoza. $80 Got home all the rice was cold like it was already made sitting around and for some reason had a funny fishy taste to it. All the chicken was hot. No sauce with gyoza. And with 4 entrees for 4 people they only gave 2 salads. Really missed the mark this time. Very disappointed for the 1st time. Wish you would give money back or the next meal like this should be on you. read more

The food used to be outstanding with huge portion. Today we went and the general To's chicken was great but super small portion compared to how it use to be. The Orange Chicken was awful and tasted off. I'm wondering if there's a different cook on the weekends than there is on the weekdays. Front desk is always super sweet and awesome The Orange Chicken was awful and the portion size we're cut in half from what we're used to. Idk how this place got 4 stars but the lady is rude as hell. My husband & I went around 5:40p on a Friday night. Nobody but just a couple dinning. We ordered 3 entry & 1 appetizer. The lady rudely asked "who's eating? Just you two?" Being a plus size women, I felt offended & immediately asked "why? Too many order?" She replied, "yeah is okay I wonder if someone else come". In my defense, I told her the 3rd entree is to go for kids at home. But no, my husband & I like to have options to pick from when eating. Not only she was rude!!! The $15 shrimp yakisoba I ordered only had 4 piece of shrimp & was extremely bland. No type of sauce or flavor. Shrimp was fried with just oil with water & garlic. TLDR/ Service: Great!, Price: Reasonable, Food: Delicious!, Value: Worthwhile, Verdict: My Go To Wok Spot! This is possibly the best Teriyaki/Wok in Auburn. Their portion sizes are huge for single entrees and the family meal deal is a good value if you plan to order a lot of food anyway. It literally fed my family for three meals. We have gone there many times during the shelter in place order. Their sweet and sour chicken, chow mein, teriyaki chicken, almond chicken, and Mongolian Beef were all delicious. The only thing we have eaten from there that could have been better was the fried rice (which was neither seasoned enough, not fried enough), but no restaurant is perfect. The service was stellar, as a bonus, they have a lot of room for social distancing and it was very clean. I feel good about ordering from this place because it is clear they take cleanliness seriously. If you want decently priced, tasty Pan-Asian food, from a clean and pleasant restaurant this is your best bet in Auburn. read more

I have never had yakisoba that good in my life. I didn't actually know yakisoba could be that good. WOW! You can tell that they used real meat, & my dish (Y4. Pork Yakisoba with fried rice) was so hot it was steaming for several minutes after it was delivered. Portion was HUGE. I actually didn't love the fried rice, but I didn't care whatsoever because I was busy eating my entree. This is my husbands favorite place, & I'm so glad he brought me here to try it. read more

My wife and I have been coming here since we were dating. It's a solid "go to" for us. Reasonable prices for generous servings. We can both share one general tsaos chicken dinner and both be more than satisfied. The hostess is always so pleasant. I frequent this place a lot. Food is good. And you get quite a bit for the price. However, I'm knocking one star off because menu says lunch special comes with salad, but it really doesn't. And they charge extra if you want it. And since I like the salad dressing over my rice, I ask for it and pay the extra sauce fee. No matter - I'll still be a frequent customer cause I really do like this place. read more

Another new city, another new restaurant. I found a few teriyaki spots, but I chose this place because they appeared to do many Chinese dishes. The reviews were also fairly promising compared to a couple other local places where people advised the food had gone downhill. When you enter, there is a huge menu board, but no pricing. So I stepped up and ordered a Lunch Special. Much to my surprise, it was $16. How is that lunch pricing, or a special. I was not happy, but I decided to stay. As I sat, I recall thinking, I paid almost twice as much as I was comfortable spending, this food better be good. When the food came, I was shocked, the portion is without a doubt about 3x as much as a normal lunch special. I was full before I even finished half. This Lunch portion was bigger than any dinner portion I have ever seen. Right about then, I felt better, at least I hadn't been shortchanged. Unfortunately, that is where the blessings end. There were way too many flies inside of this place, even a single fly is too much. I haven't seen a fly in Seattle in months, how did you get 6 inside of your restaurant. The food was meh. It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't impressive. To me, it taste similar to what you would expect from Safeway or any grocery store Chinese deli. The woman behind the counter was very sweet and if my score was based on service and portion if would be 5 stars, but the flavor ab fly's made it impossible for me to enjoy this meal. Maybe I ordered the wrong item, but the sweet and sour chicken wasn't crisp or juicy and the Mongolian beef didn't have any spice or heat. Would I give then another chance, probably, but I certainly would not order the same meal or deal with the fly infestation. read more

A very casual spot to grab a meal with ample amount of seating if you choose to dine in. There is some parking directly in front of the store but there is more towards the back. I again requested a refund only to hear that she didn't know how to do a refund. I'm the end, I was given the cash for the two items minus the taxes. I'm used to eating very authentic Ramen when I lived in San Diego so this was a first for being in this area. It was a great portion size, beautiful presentation and everything tasted so good. I think the egg could've been cooked a little bit less so it would be not so well done so to speak, but it was delicious still. Also, the chicken appetizer was a good, but not as flavorful as some Karaage Chicken I have had. I probably wouldn't order that one again even though it was good, just lacked flavor and was a bit grisly. The service was outstanding. They are very kind and very attentive. The place is very clean. I dined in solo and actually didn't finish the ramen or even remember exactly what I ordered. I'm guessing it's the spicy negi. The broth was spicy and enjoyable but definitely didn't taste any different compared to other ramen places I've been to. I tend to eat slow to savor my food, but I felt like the staff was overattentive and frequently stopped by my table to ask if everything was okay. Gave me the vibe that they needed to keep themselves busy or I was taking up a table. Might be great for other customers but it affected my experience with dining in; I usually finish my meals at restaurants but I felt rushed so I just ended up bringing the ramen home for my son, after the second or third time of them asking me if I wanted a takeout box. I'm still giving 4 stars just because the ramen tasted better than mediocre, less than spectacular. I just have high expectations for ramen and prefer more broth/topping variety (I was raised in Cali with options i dearly miss). Plus, I do like that they added a full egg for the ramen (instead of half an egg, like other restaurants I've been to) and the chasu portions were fair. I haven't tried any other ramen places in Federal Way (if there are any), but I guess if this is one of the better options (according to Yelp), it might be worth a shot to try out?
