The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a traditional Chinese theme and feels spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of seating. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. We consistently order the spicy beef noodle soup, the regular beef noodle soup, and the spicy fish fillets with tofu. The broth is rich, deep, and full of flavor, and the beef is perfectly tender. The spicy fish fillets with tofu is my go‑to dish. Just think of a spicy fish version of mapo tofu, and you won't be disappointed. Hands down, this is the best Chinese food I have had anywhere in this area so far. I order a Hot tea, the Sashimi lunch special which came with a Miso Soup & side of Rice as well as the Treasure Island appetizer to sample some of their more unique dishes. The Miso Soup was both warm and flavorful. The Treasure Island app was an interesting blend of sweet savory and fat flavors with fresh Mango, Avocado, Tobiko, Ponzu and diced fish's but it was unfortunately all just overtaken by the heavy Mayo and tempura flakes. The Sashimi lunch was presented fairly but the quality of the fish was sub par to say. All of the previous frozen variety and using Izumidai "tilapia" in place of Red Snapper. Overall it certainly was not the greatest Sushi dining experience for me personally and I would pass on the next opportunity to visit. The lunch menu is $21, and I think the dinner menu was around $36, which is a little pricey however it is all you can eat, and it's all made to order. You don't have to wander up to a big hot buffet style thing and grab whatever you want, thinking the whole time that the guy in front of you probably sneezed on it. They have paper menus and pencils at the table, and you basically put a number of how many of each thing you want next to the item on the menu and the waitress will take it back to the kitchen and they will make it fresh for you. The selection of sushi is very extensive. You can order the entire roll or you can order just a single piece, and it comes with the sides of eel sauce and wasabi and ginger. The only downside if you can call it that which I don't consider it but if you don't finish while you order they weigh it up and they charge you extra for it. Now considering you can send that waitress back as many times as you want to, this shouldn't be a problem because if you're starting to get full, just start ordering single pieces instead of rolls. The interior of the place looked incredible, possibly because it's all still brand new but either way it was nice and clean in there. The wait staff was very friendly. My wife and I ended up eating, well, not our usual body weight as we have before when sushi was offered but we didn't leave hungry. (There was a time that I used to look at an all you can eat buffet is a challenge, not so much these days) Everything tasted incredible, we will definitely go back repeatedly as we are able to.
