Quick little trip to support family. My husband and I decided to stop here to grab food before we headed home. On entering it kinda smelled weird. The customer service was great though. The guy working the counter gave us a binder full explaining the menu. Great idea. We placed our order and the food came out pretty quickly. The crab Rangoon with blue crab was delicious! I highly recommend it. We also had the chicken dumplings they were good as well. My husband ordered the bulgogi bowl. The bowl was huge and tasted good. My noodle bowl was a little iffy. We were asked if we wanted spicy or mild. I told them spicy. It was the mildest thing I had ever tasted. The actual noodles were supposed to be yaki/udon. I guess that means different things to different places. The noodles were too fat and because I was expecting spicy I couldn't reconcile the taste. I brought it home to see if I could fix it. Having never been Bloomington before, I probably won't be back to the area anytime soon. I'd still say give them a try. read more

First time here. This is a walk up service. I ordered a chicken stir fry with shrimp added. I got to choose my noodles that came with different veggies. I also ordered the blue crab Rangoons. ( 6 in order). My husband ordered a rice bowl with chicken. It was all delicious. It was served hot. I would like to see different pictures of what I could order, or even what some of the things on the menu was. But they have a book behind counter ( ask for it) that helped me with my order. So tonite we were in town for a game. Decided to eat and came to Wok to Bowl. Man this place was amazing. You get to choose and build what you want. The veggies in my stir fry were flavorful. Cooked to perfection. Now what made this visit like no other, I ordered a stir fry bowl. I asked was general pso spicy. He was like naw. However it was for me. The owner remade my bowl for me. Basically it's an Asian fusion place that cover India and SE Asian cuisine. It's got an authentic ethnic feel but perfect for American pallets and those who are more adventurous. Value (A) It's around $15 a person and you get plenty of food. Great portion sizes. Service (A+) Super friendly and nice staff. Takes about 10 minutes to get it out and they bring it to your table. They offer a large variety of Asian dishes but make ordering simple with a step-by-step menu board. Everyone was so nice and the food was outstanding! So far, the Pad Thai Noodles, Butter Chicken Curry, Orange Chicken Stir fry, and Veggie Springrolls have been fantastic. The Roti and Naan breads served with the entrees were delicious, too. Wok to Bowl is a great spot for lunch. They have quick service and large portions. The owners of Wok to Bowl used to operate a place called Aroma in the same building with a wider selection of Indian dishes and a buffet. Aroma was more to my liking but I do still frequent Wok to Bowl. read more

This restaurant was a great find. First of all, the place was cute and clean. When we arrived we had the choice of ordering at a touch screen or the counter. There were plenty of delicious choices. We ordered, got our fountain sodas, and then found a seat. I appreciated that the seating was comfortable for a plus size person. Usually the seats are too small to sit without spillage but not here. Our food arrived in under 10 minutes. It was hot and generously portioned. It was delicious. Two different people checked to make sure we didn't need anything but we're not intrusive.
