The sesame chicken was completely drowned in sauce, making it soggy instead of flavorful. The fried rice was just okay. The egg rolls were still frozen in the middle, and when I mentioned it, the employee admitted the food had been sitting for a while. There's a difference between cold and frozen! When I tried to speak with the manager, he immediately became defensive and had an attitude. I told him I didn't even want a refund; I just wanted to share that the food quality was unacceptable. Ordered orange chicken and I received overcooked chicken which I was unable to eat. The rice was the only thing edible. I called and explained the situation and they said they could replace it. I went up there to replace the order and brought the food with me. When I got there they said they COULDNT do anything for me even though I had already spoke to someone who said they WOULD replace it. I ordered the bell pepper steak. I used to come here because the sauce and beef were so good in this dish. The peppers and onions were cut smaller than in the past. More julian than regular slices. I recall being very impressed with the quality of the food the first time we ordered from there. We hit up the drive through for the most part and have never been disappointed with the service.
