We dined in first time and since. The food was fresh and service was great. Nice new menu and food is fresh. My husband and I have eaten lots of Chinese in different States and this food was wonderful. Sweet and sour chicken was delicious. The beef and broccoli was very good too. LOVE the food. I've been eating at this establishment since I was 4! (I'm 25 now..) new owners since COVID I believe.. egg drop soup is NOT the same (not as great as it use to be.) no WAIT staff. You can dine in and eat in to go boxes. (No dinner plates.) They will stare at you, not wait at you lol But this place is GREAT for to go orders. I personally Just love the ambiance and dine in experience of a great Chinese restaurant. Business would be even greater with a wait staff and dine in experience. read more

I really hate that this restaurant no longer does dine ins, however I understand and respect their decision to protect their name and quality of food , with the struggling work force currently. This restaurant has been a favorite of mines way before I moved to Texas almost 13 years ago . Customer service is a hit or miss Depending on the day or weather , However I've never been disappointed in anything that I've ordered from here , Even when they mixed up my order completely a few weeks back . Even the accidents made to my order was yummy !!! Portions are nice and the food is always fresh , hot and Flavorful!! I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

They offered to replace my food but I didn't want anymore food from this place after that horrific experience. I thought this was a great place to eat, but not, I ordered the slice lamb with scallions when I tell you I brought my food to the house and opened it up and I had so many onions and sauce, no lamb for 15.00 dollars and it was terrible my husband got the beef and broccoli for 12.00 dollars and we both had egg rolls that tasted like they were a day old and we were there when they first opened for the day so you know that's a darn shame the price of food is on the rise I get that but at least for the Price they could at least serve quality food, so with that said people please don't just run out and spend your hard earned money without doing your research and now for me am going to take my Alka selter and try to forget that horrible food experience read more

january 16th i picked up lunch from ton's palace in lancaster texas. as i went to take another bite , there was a roach laying in my plate . omg !!! i can't express the distress, the digust , just the feeling knowing i had been eating food with a roach in it . when i took the food back all they had to offer was a refund (that was processed 2days later ) and an apology . i was sooo shocked and distraught i couldn't even react while explaining i almost ate a roach. i gagged and vomit so much when i woke up the next morning my throat was sore . if you are looking for roach lo mein this is the perfect restaurant. i do not recommend this place at all !!! that was the most disgusting experience i have ever encountered in all my years of living .. zero stars i do not recommend this place at all !!!! read more

I called for delivery at my work. We have security Gates and all the other delivery drivers push the button and say they are delivering food. I waited looking for them to show up. After an hour I got my phone and called. The girl complained the driver left because he didn't get in the gate. She asked if I still wanted the order and I said yes. She said they would deliver. I stood in the heat waiting and after over 30 minutes I called them back and another twit got rude and said they were refusing the order now. I got irate and yelled at the idiot.
