I'm reading some of the older negative reviews and wondering if they changed hands. I also want to note the store is located next to Big Apple Bagels at 1963 Wisconsin Ave, Grafton, WI 53024. It seems they might have at one point been located in the plaza by Cost Cutters Hair Salon. Anyway, the place is spotlessly clean. The turnaround time on my clothing has been very fast! This last time, they told me I could pick up my pants a couple days later on Saturday. I got a call later that day from the clerk that accepted my pants, explaining that he had forgotten that they are closed Saturday for the holiday. He offered to rush my order and have it ready on Friday. I was in no hurry so I told him to just wait--I didn't need the pants that soon. I thought the call was very thoughtful. If this continues, I will make Young's my new dry cleaner.

i have been using this cleaner for years. their prices are constantly rising. i understand things…read moreare higher than ever but their services are excessive compared to other dry cleaners. also, their seamtress prices are off the charts. i took a dress to have the zipper replaced. the person tried to insert a zipper that did not match any color in the dress. when i went back to pick up the dress, i believe the old zipper was repaired and not replaced. it was very expensive in the beginning just to have a zipper replaced. i hate feeling cheated. i am in the process of finding a new dry cleaner in the north shore. we will see. already, i have gotten cheaper cost for dry cleaning a ladies 2 pc suit. house of roth told me $20.00 for the 2 pieces, 2 other dry cleaners said $15.00. i will call 1 more before i make my decision which one to use.

They always deliver to me so I seldom get to interact with anyone from the company, but when I have, it's always been a good exchange. (Propane, bottles, tanks. . ."exchange", get it? Never mind.) Today, a friend of mine wanted to refill the tanks on his portable house for an upcoming trip to Upnorth. He usually has the tanks filled at his regular campground but that's not his destination. He was headed to a different vendor was across the next county. I suggested Boehlke Bottled Gas instead so off we went. We checked in at the office and were directed to the dock, right next to the giant tank that also acts as a billboard on Wisconsin 60. A friendly technician met us and measured the remaining gas in the tanks. We found out the tanks needed to be certified, which was handled as they were refilled. Topped off, actually. Quickly, efficiently and for a nominal fee. Whatever your need is for propane gas, grills, tanks, lines, valves, accessories and of course, propane, Boehlke can meet your needs. Give 'em a call.

Without seeing clearly posted charges for the various items to be washed or dry cleaned, the upfront cost can be a surprise -especially if something occurs during the cleaning process. Another concern: having to be told "this is going to be expensive" before any payment was made. When you tell a customer about a cost that you think they can't afford, you are telling the customer to go elsewhere. I didn't drive up and walk through your door to hear not so subtle hints to take my business elsewhere. Post all charges -large print, clearly.
