Upon picking up my dog, I immediately noticed she was shaved completely.... obviously FAR from what I had asked for and I mentioned that I was not happy to which I was immediately dismissed and told "she was matted so we shaved her". My dog was not matted, never has been as I wash and brush her once a week... even then, shaving her was never discussed. When I started to talk to a manager I was immediately asked "was she matted" rather than a slight concern. I have attached the pictures of how she looked before, the reference picture of what I wanted, and how my dog looks currently.
