It seemed a bit confusing, but everyone else that were regulars looked confident in their choices so I'm sure once you start attending more, you will know where you want to start. The class I went to was a combination of rowing, tread, core and weight lifting. I liked the idea of 'switching stations' after a certain amount of time. Since I was new, the instructor reviewed everything with me at the beginning of class. There is some simple math to do when you get up to the tread, but I was able to figure it out rather quickly. Classes are an hour long and then there is a stretching portion afterwards. I got a great workout in. It's not really my type of workout, but I'm glad I tried it!

If there is nothing to clean the machines the chances of getting a staph infection increase significantly. Please have either towels for the spay bottles or restock the sanitation wipes before leaving.

Terri assessed where I needed to start and while it has been challenging and I do get sore, I am loving it. I never feel like I am going to get hurt or that she is going to ask me to do something I can't do. That doesn't mean that is easy. Terri really pushes me and challenges me and I look forward to working out with her each time. She also really watches my form and helps me adjust so that I don't get hurt and I get the most out of each movement. She also keeps the workouts fun and they constantly change.

Let's just say, I got my ass kicked in a very good way! Terri and Tom are absolutely fantastic and make for a great team as they pushed me much further than you think you can go. Very supportive and make you feel comfortable being there no matter what shape you are in. Sessions were very affordable and have helped me get into much needed shape as I head off to boot camp here this month.
