He would not allow anyone to move her and called for an ambulance. I don't know if the outcome would've changed but what he did help protect my mother and I am so grateful and so is the rest of my family. Kris was so nice, she kindly corrected my form on some movements without making me feel like a total embarrassment. Plus, it's a 2 minute walk from my work so it makes it easy to drop in for a class. I may or may not go again but now I'm glad to say I've been to the most popular CrossFit gym in Reno. I usually stick to running, yoga, swimming, cycling, walking, and lifting. There is an express area designed to get you though a workout in 30 minutes! Yay! Except there are workout buddies in tandem tying up equipment to do their reps. TV's? If there is nothing to clean the machines the chances of getting a staph infection increase significantly. I have definitely seen the improvement in my overall physical stamina, body mass composition, and just overall fitness. Every one of the instructors there are great and you can ask him any question when it comes to your training and what you can do to improve it. One of the best things I'd like about it. you're not competing with anybody else, you're only competing with yourself. It doesn't matter if the person next year is running all out at 10 miles an hour and you're running at 6, it's about how you feel at the end of the workout and what you did to help your physical fitness.

The owner, Matt, was quick to respond when I gave the gym a call and provided amazing customer service! He even swung by the gym and introduced himself. Gym is fully equipped with several cardio machines (stairmaster, bikes, treadmills), free weights, benches, turf area, cable machines, resistance machines, two squat racks and much more. In addition, for an extra cost, you can have access to their Recovery Room which has infrared saunas, compression boots for lowerbody (I believe hips too), and massage guns. There are also small lockers that are available for use during your workout. The gym is very clean and all of the equipment is well-maintained. This is my first time at a privately owned gym and I can see why people lean towards em. If you're local, I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out and getting a membership. I will definitely be coming back here anytime I'm up here visiting! Thanks again, Matt!!
