Turns out my water heater was 12 years old (I had just purchased my house). He recommended I replace it, but was never pushy. He gave me different brand options based on my financial situation. He also repaired my toilet that wasn't properly bolted to the floor. It turned out to be a more extensive repair than I had previously thought. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He was on time, kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. We had called 6 other plumbers that would come out and say we needed to tear the walls open and replace all the plumbing and didnt even try unclogging. These guys came out and cleared our entire homes water lines saving us thousands of dollars.
