QUALITY! QUALITY! QUALITY!...I am beyond happy with this company's product and service. I have used numerous powder coating shops and was left disappointed for various reasons every time . Luminous Concepts delivered the finished product within the timeframe given and has been by far the best quality product/service I have ever dealt with. I heard this company's name come up a few times and decided to try them out. This shop is over 65 miles from my business and well worth the drive. I had two 10ft sheets of diamond plate that would be used in a gym intended for high traffic use during various workouts. I had several concerns with the powder coating. 1. Would the finish hold up for the high traffic. 2. Would the powder coat split or crack during transport and installation since the metal is large and flexible (I've had this happen several times with other companies). 3. Would the powder coat split or crack when drilled for wall anchors. I brought up these concerns to Bryan and he assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Bryan was also great with communicating throughout he whole process. I was honestly a bit hesitant since I've had these issues happen in the past. For the very 1st time I was told it wouldn't be a problem and Luminous Concepts actually held true to their word. It's been about 4 months since I installed the 20ft of diamond plate and they have encountered a lot of abuse on a daily basis in the gym. The finish has not changed at all! There hasn't been any dulling, cracking, or flaking of any kind. My client is super happy, therefore I'm VERY HAPPY. Their prices were extremely fair and I would have honestly paid more for the results I got. Don't bother wasting your time price shopping. I will FOR-SURE be using them again as I acquire jobs that need powder coating. My clients demand quality over quantity and I was able to deliver quality results with Luminous Concepts.
