Anthony and his co- workers were: personable, communicative, kind, relational, professional, and they worked with you... instead of dumbing you down with condescending "tech talk". Godwin came in for a quote and totally blew it. In our opinion if there was a time when "Godwin's Got it!" that time is long - long gone. We have had several bad experiences with them. The Godwin crew on our jobs were not professional, personable, reliable... the list goes on. In fact we STILL have NOT received a quote for our water heater as they promised, now 2 weeks out...? But Ferrer Plumbing did a fantastic job. Anthony in one quick call, made an appointment to see our situation, he was great. He knew what he was doing, and explained everything in a way that average people can understand. The solution was perfect. Great water heater, at a price that was honest, fair and worth every penny, Anthony and Elijah, treated our home and situation like it was their home, and we will definitely use Ferrer in the future, and we unreservedly recommend them to everyone, especially our friends and family. Well, apparently that isn't the case - they just cancelled an afternoon appointment on me first thing this morning. Keep in mind that I had this appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance - nothing crazy, just a water heater inspection + flush, but an opportunity to build a relationship and offer recommendations which leads to additional services. They at least offered to reschedule for a later day in the week -BUT- with little regard for the fact that I took time away from my busy schedule to have a set appointment. Needless to say that I won't be using their services (nor recommending them). Don't get stuck like me, take a day off of work to accommodate, and have them cancel last minute!

SCAMMER ALERT!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!…read more UPDATE!! SCAMMERS AND THREATS!!! After I posted this Andy called and threatened me. He told me I swore at his customer service person. I did not. He also told me he was going to turn me in to the housing commission. He also lied and said it was against the law to work on the furnace when the heat exchanger is how it was. My 2nd opinion confirmed that was also a lie and that he'd just need to turn off the gas to the furnace to inspect it. They just keep digging themselves deeper and deeper. Today Russ tried to scam me into a new furnace. He claimed that he couldn't do any further evaluation on the furnace because the secondary heat exchanger was too dangerous and that most people just replace the whole furnace at that point. My antenna went up when he didn't make sense about why he couldn't evaluate the furnace further because of the heat exchanger needing replacing even though it was still functional. He didn't have any pricing on the heat exchanger or a new furnace and he never followed up with the pricing on either of them. I had a 2nd opinion and it was just the filter had been sucked into the fan. An easy, low cost fix. My 2nd opinion confirmed they were trying to scam me and that nothing else was wrong with the furnace or the secondary heat exchanger.
