When I first walked in, I'll admit I wasn't completely sure what to expect--there were a couple of very young staff members at the front who appeared to be students. They were very sweet and welcoming, and I want to emphasize that I fully support hands-on training and learning environments. However, since it was my first time at this location, I personally preferred having an experienced technician for my scan. Based on prior reviews, I did request that my ultrasound be performed by an experienced technician, and they delivered on that request, which I really appreciated.Once I was brought in, the ultrasound technician, Alli, immediately put me at ease. This wasn't my first intimate ultrasound, and I could tell right away that she was very confident, professional, and experienced. She had a steady hand, explained things clearly, and asked all the right questions throughout the scan, which made the whole experience very reassuring. Another big plus is the pricing--it is very affordable, which was an important factor in my decision to choose this location. The radiology report was also provided in a very timely manner, which I really appreciated. Overall, I came away very impressed and would absolutely return for future ultrasounds or thermography. I would highly recommend Unique Ultrasounds not only for pregnancy-related imaging (they have very thoughtfully packaged services), but also for other non-radiation imaging needs. The…read morevery first question I asked was whether the Redlands location offered the specific ultrasound test I needed. I spoke with Ralfjohn Dario, who assured me from the beginning that the Redlands location did offer it. Based on that assurance, I spent over 40 minutes on the phone, sent in my doctor's order, and sat through repeated holds while he supposedly worked on scheduling the appointment. After all of that, he finally told me I would actually have to go to La Jolla for the test. This was a complete waste of my time and could have been avoided if accurate information had been provided at the start. Patients should not have to spend nearly an hour on the phone, submit medical orders, and be repeatedly placed on hold only to be told the opposite of what they were assured at the beginning of the call. This experience showed a serious lack of competence, communication, and respect for patients' time. I would not recommend relying on this office for accurate scheduling information.

I forgot the name of the girl that did my ultrasound but she's in the photo I uploaded. She was so warm, sweet, and congratulated me at least 5 times. She made me feel super comfortable as well as my family. I asked her if she could please keep the gender a secret from me and give the results to my sister who was in the room with us because I was going to find out at my gender reveal party. She also made me feel super confident that she knew what the gender was right away which made the whole experience even more exciting. I am so grateful for this experience! What can I say, first and foremost, the employee who did our scans, Emily, was fantastic. She made the entire visit feel so comfortable and stress free. She was super patient even though our little boy was being a little shy and not wanting to move his arms out from in front of his face. She gave us a lot of options for trying to get him to move into a good position and when he did move she immediately went and captured the better scans. We ended up getting better scans than we could have imagined and the experience was amazing for us and the brand new grandparents we brought along. The room they had us in was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There was ample seating for adults and children and you could tell the whole place was designed from the ground up to maximize comfort throughout the experience.
