The front of house staff are almost always super friendly and food is ready quickly. Items have been hit or miss for me, but if you reply to their request for a review and comment you didn't like something they almost always work to make it right on the next trip. Particular favorite is the Tuna Poke Bowl and the crunch salads. Thai food was a miss for me, but will probably try again. I just wish they had more options that were under 1000 calories. Takeout is hard enough to get something healthy when you are traveling and I think they could have some options specifically with lower calories that are easier to find. Very sweet. Mac n cheese- ok Collards- good String beans- ok. Not sure if they ran out of smaller containers. But the container they were in was half full Broccoli and cheese - ok. Wasn't seasoned. What I really love about this service is that you order what you want, and there is no subscription or obligation. If you don't like something on this week's menu, don't order it! It is that simple. I have tried to cook healthy before and everything I've ever made tasted like particle board. Aussie's food is full of flavor and almost makes you forget you're eating healthy! For $10, you can get delivery which covers a pretty large area. This is my second week eating these meals and I feel much better and in control.
