Jenny Cookies is not only great because of her wonderful flavors and perfectly dialed in recipes, but their creativity too! We love attending her themed pop-ups, like this fall Disney one. The lines can be long, so they had Disney princesses and villains for the kids to visit with while waiting. We dressed up in our Disney gear as do many others and it was a lot of fun. Call me crazy, but last year we came here and they had a large variety to choose from. Today...what a joke, we won't be back. I asked why the only choices we had were 4 cupcakes, frosted sugar cookie, 3 large cookies or a rice krispy treat. Was it due to COVID? No, they opened the Alderwood location and needed to keep up with product there as well. Hummm..does that make any sense? If you don't have product, what are you doing? This is for the cookie truck that came to Mill Creek. The cookies were super good (had sugar cookies) and the people were nice. The truck is super cute and there was a large selection to choose from. I didn't see a sign with prices (may have been there but I wasn't looking) and I was never told my total when I went to pay. I only found out the price per cookie after looking at my credit card charge and it was higher than anticipated (not a deal breaker for me since I'm a cookie monster). Jenny cookies is adorable! We stopped by on the way to a hike near Mt Pilchuck, otherwise it's definitely far from the Seattle area. You need to know to look for it though, because it is really easy to drive past and not notice it. Anyway, cute small shop. I think I saw that cakes are only available if pre-ordered, but some were on display and they were adorable! Other than cakes, there were maybe six other type of treats available for sale. Oh, and some fun party items too. Four baked goods (as seen in picture) cost $13ish, so it's about $3/item. Not terrible, considering they were all delicious, cute and unique! Where else can you get a cake pop on a mini cone, or a pie cookie?! :) Cute shop, cute treats. The day I went was Father's Day weekend, so the pie had "pie love you dad" imprinted on it - how fun! I think seeing that, I know that the menu seems to be always changing, which makes me want to return and see what they'll have next time. Went to a fun event yesterday here with my daughter and sister n law! All of the employees were super friendly with greeting everyone and directing them to which line they should be in. They had a dessert tray featuring everything you could order to bring home. The sweet employee went through and told us each item and the flavors!!! It was busy, but not overly. Everything was very organized! The cookies were point in on how cute they turned out! Something for everyone!! LOVED the pumpkin cream cheese cookie pie. We had fun dressing up and getting to take some pictures with "Jenny"! Her family is just as sweet as she is and just as helpful and friendly. Will be going back!! read more

We ended up going up there (didn't see your msg until now) and the gals graciously opened for us and we were able to buy a whole bunch of stuff!! We noticed that when others saw the lights on, they came in as well so hopefully they didn't end up having to deal with too many customers. I can't tell you how much we appreciated them! Sad to only give three stars because we did have a wonderful customer service experience! The young lady even warned the customer in front of me about some cookies having more frosting than others which I thought was thoughtful, asking if they minded or wanted certain ones in their assortment! But most of all my 2 year old loved going in to the beautiful shop and seeing all her choices right in front! I have had the decorated sugar cookies before and quite enjoyed them! But this time we tried the cupcakes. My daughter had the birthday cake one (sprinkles of course are all she saw!) I will say I did enjoy that one better than our others. I found the chocolate cake really dry though on the ones my husband and I chose, and really the only other taste was almost tooth achingly sweet sugary frosting on top! I do enjoy it on the cookies (I believe it's the same but maybe I'm wrong) but I think for me it's just too much on the cupcakes. I think I was just surprised by the dryness of it, and maybe it was an off batch... or maybe we are just more of a cookie family. We will return and try other treats out! Who knew this place was hidden in Lake Stevens! I love a good bakery! My daughter was in town. After a visit to the Everett Children's museum we drove to Lk Stevens. I ordered 4 big cookies and 2 cupcakes and 2 cupcake cake pops for the grandkids. The kids enjoyed their treats from their car seats. My daughter and I sampled the 4 cookies while I drove down I-5. The strawberry lemonade cupcake was really delicious and comparable to other high end specialty shops around the country. Bill came to about 32.00. So a little pricey. I have been following Jenny Cookies on Instagram for years and absolutely love her amazing designs. I live in Issaquah so I was super excited when we ventured up to Lake Stevens to get some goodies. The bake shop itself is adorable - super clean, great decor and fun gifts. I was a little star struck when Jenny herself greeted us and asked which treats we wanted. We obviously had to get one of everything to try and shared them with friends that night. All I can say is everything was Ahhhmazing!! The frosting on the cupcakes is to die for, the sugar cookies melt in your mouth and the other treats were equally delish. Can you say sugar overload? :) Yum! So glad I found this place. Their online photos are amazing and it's just as great in person. They do the pie cookies on the weekends only so I missed out on those, but hope to be back soon. We decided to get a little of everything. So several of the decorated cookies, several of the LARGE cookies, 6 cupcakes... But we had so much fun trying all the different flavors. Our family pretty much liked it all but 1 flavor and I'm not sure we were given the right one so won't complain when not really sure. And one kid loved the one the rest of us hated. Mint chocolate cupcake. Seriously, it's the mint cookie of your dreams, in a cupcake form. We liked them all mostly, but this was our favorite. The frosted cookies were great. Love the fun images. They have a pop up location at the alderwood mall and someone told me they were great. So I went and spent $15 on cookies. They tasted like cardboard. How fun is it to have a somewhat famous local Baker in the area!? I tried this place very last minute when I was asked to bring dessert to a dinner. They were so pretty and delicious that I felt like I made the right decision in picking them. The only bummer is that I went towards closing time and they didn't have any more of the pie cookies which is what I would have liked to try. Needed goodies today and stopped by despite my better judgment to give a second chance since it was close to where I was going. I passed up anything with frosting as it's not good, from previous experience-- just one dimensional sugary stuff. My frostingless quest left me with very few options (there a so few to start with). I ended up getting a variety of classic cookies hoping they'd be at least satisfactory. For $5+ a pop they ought to be amazing, right? Nope. Underbaked, gooey (not in a good way but in a 'crap, I hope I don't get salmonella' way. Wayyyyy too sweet -- which yeah, cookies are supposed to be sweet, but if they're supposed to be Pumpkin Snickerdoodle, I kinda want to taste the pumpkin along with that sugar, ya know?
