My dog seemed to get nervous and she shivered. They said we're not going to do your dog today. I said I was on the phone with you yesterday and you said to bring her in today so I did. This goes back-and-forth. Bottom line they refuse to do my dog. They said bring her back in in two days. I was really upset. I said do you want a one star Yelp? And they replied, "go ahead and do it" so here it is. What kind of way is that to provide customer service when you tell somebody to come in and then you tell them to come back in two days instead?
