My 23lb maltipoo needed to be groomed as his last cut was 2 months ago and he was one big fur ball atm. When I called I was told it was $60 but when we arrived we were told it would be $75. My normal place I go to is only $50 so I was reluctant but decided to try this place out anyway. Overall I was satisfied. He smelled really good and it lasted a few days.

WOW this place is amazing! after I found a CUT on my rescue pup I was searching for a new groomers. They were able to accommodate me into their schedule easily and my Maltese has never looked cuter! They followed my exact directions with the cut that I wanted, I told him I wanted short hair with the round face and that's exactly what I got. Also the type of shampoo they use is organic and they gave him a blueberry enzyme facial. They also had a mini photo shoot with him and send me all the me photos of him

Took my baby to get groomed Saturday and he hasn't been the same since, slowing recovering. Not sure what happened as nothing was mentioned at pick up, even after I asked how did it go. To me it looks to be clipper burns? Would make sense . . . he was the last one to get worked on before closing. I had a good experience the first time around but this time I wouldn't recommend my poor baby is in pain has the shacks and has to wear a cone to not irritate the area even more. I don't take my Peggy to be groomed very often due to her terrier coat. But, when I do I am always so pleased with the results. I have found the owner to be very kind with Peggy. From the minute, I dropped them off I knew it would be OK. I took my two French bulldogs here because of the place where I used to take them they refused to go. They ran away. They lay down on the ground. They wouldn't even walk inside. don't know what happened. They were been going there for about a year and a half not sure but anyways took them here and they were good to go. They went inside there wasn't a lot of other dogs which was very nice. They did a really good job shampoo, cleaning, anal gland, nail filing cat complain and they smelled good. I was pleased and the dogs were happy. read more

January 2023 I truly believe in accountability. I have been coming to this location to get my dog groomed and the owner/groomer is sweet and does take the time to listen to the owner about what they want. Recently I came back and asked for a shorter cut. the haircut looked good but the next day I notice visible cut marks all over my dog's body (legs, tail, etc). After a trip to the vet, it was determined the marks may be due to razor burns. When following up with the shop, the owner was adamant that the cuts were from my dog having health issues but she has perfect health. Overall nothing was resolved and now I just have to make sure I choose my groomer more carefully. read more

This is the second time I bring my dog here. I absolutely love it! They're so good about taking her in same day. I called as soon as they opened today and 2 hours later my dog was getting groomed. They always do such a great job and leave my little toy Maltese looking the cutest! One of my favorite things they did was a "mini photoshoot" during Thanksgiving last year! I'm so glad I found an affordable groomer in the area! I will definitely be bringing her often to get groomed! read more

Highly recommend Paw Nation! After a few other unsuccessful groomers (bad cuts, complaints upon pick up on how hard my fur baby was to groom, hard to make appointments if any! and etc) I'm so glad I found this place. The lady seemed to have taken good care of my fur baby and he looked and smelled so good. Not overly fragranced like other places. Price is definitely reasonable and she finished within the time that was promised. The photo zone is so cute and her sending pictures afterwards is definitely an extra points in her service. I will be bringing my baby here again. :) read more

My husband and I happened upon this place in our residential track while walking. We have been on the hunt for a good groomer for our 2 fur babies (Lab & Golden Retriever). The 1st thing we notice about this place is that the door to their establishment is open. To us, it was a sign of being welcomed in. While I sensed that most of their "clients" were small in size, she did not hesitate to groom our Golden. We decided to have one groomed 1st before determining if we'd bring the other one in. She did a fantastic job on our golden Coco! Definitely bringing in our lab - he's already got an appointment for Thursday! So happy to have found this place! read more

Love this groomer! I've been taking my cocker spaniel, who needs a whole body hair cut here and he always looks great. They even set up a little photo op area for after their done being groomed. For a hair cut she will usually call around 2 hours later for pick up. read more

I can tell you without a doubt that I will be a returning loyal customer. What they did for Killa was amazing. Killa is very skittish about baths and stuff like that. I picked him up from other groomers and he was always so timid for at least half the day. When I picked him up from Paw Nation he was as happy as usual and that made know that he was treated good. Prices are great, people are friendly, what more can you ask for. If you're still within doubt just give it a try one time and I can guarantee you, you'll be as satisfied as I am. read more

Update in response to the owner's comment:…read more Cesar, I actually did reach out privately before updating my review because I wanted to give you the opportunity to address my concerns first. As you can see from our text conversation, I asked whether paw pad trimming was included, explained that the last few grooms had been inconsistent, and pointed out the uneven cuts. The response I received was, "We'll do our best to make it right next time." You also mentioned that my last visit was over a month ago. I'm not sure why that's relevant. Three of my dogs are seniors, and I keep them brushed and maintained between grooming appointments. They don't need to be groomed every month. My fourth dog is a pit bull who receives a deshedding treatment, and she doesn't require monthly appointments either. I would never overgroom my dogs, especially my seniors, because frequent bathing and grooming can strip their natural oils. I also stand by what I experienced regarding the bather. I immediately asked you, "Did he just complain?" after hearing him complain when he realized he had my dogs. You responded, "Yeah man, that's what he gets paid to do." That interaction only reinforced my decision. My review reflects my experience after bringing my dogs to your business for about a year. I reached out privately first because I genuinely hoped my concerns would be taken seriously. Unfortunately, they weren't, which is why I updated my review. This will be my last comment on the matter because I don't feel the need to go back and forth. I've simply shared my experience as a customer. I also recently realized their paw pads weren't fully trimmed, even though I was later told that paw pad trimming is included with haircuts. I reached out privately before updating my review because I wanted to give them the opportunity to address my concerns. The response I received was simply, "We'll do our best to make it right next time." After multiple inconsistent grooms, that response didn't give me much confidence. Another thing that really bothered me was overhearing one of the bathers complain when he realized he had my dogs to work on. As a customer, that's not something you want to hear when you're trusting people to care for your pets. Based on my recent experiences and the response I received, I've decided to find another groomer. It's incredibly hard to find groomers you can trust because they often start out doing a great job, but over time the quality changes. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken seriously for the sake of other dogs and their owners.

He was very hands-on and made every effort to make the experience great for us. The facility is so clean, convenient, and easily accessible. They just asked to take my dog in the back and then asked what I was here for. the staff were friendly but each staff had different definitions when it came to full grooming, the person who was the actual groomer clarified so that helped. They finished in two hours as promised. I came to pick him up and they told me they nicked one of the skin tags on his arm but took care of it right away, grateful for the honesty. I think they got me confused with a different customer as I never been there before. A few hours later I noticed on the top of my dogs back, where there is quite a few skin tags, a few spots were bleeding! I know it's hard to cut around the skin tags but almost every big bump he has was bleeding so it was a little frustrating to take care of it. I don't think I'll be coming back but I appreciated the service.

My boss recommended Tip to Tail, and I am so grateful she did. Today was our third visit, and every time they have been friendly and made me feel completely safe leaving him in their care. They also keep great notes on his grooming, so they remember exactly how I like his cut which takes a lot of stress off both of us. I dropped him off around 8:30 and got the call to pick him up a little after 2. It is a longer wait than what I am used to, but the level of care is worth it. Chopper came back looking adorable, and his coat was extra soft and shiny which I really appreciated. Tip to Tail has been a lifesaver for my anxious pup, and I am thankful for the care they put into every visit.

I have an American Bully who hates taking baths and when this groomer opened up at the end of my street, it was a blessing. I was nervous that my dog would give her a hard time but to my surprise, he came out looking and smelling better than ever! Not to mention they clipped his nails for the first time in his life which I could have never done as he struggles way too much and possibly bite me. The lobby also has a cute photo area which is just the cherry on top of the whole experience. I would absolutely recommend this place especially to anyone in the area as it is right in the neighborhood next to the liquor store. read more
