While the dumplings were filled with meat, the dish overall felt light since each dumpling is like the size of a quarter. The dumplings had a nice chew, and the sauces made the dish rich yet creamy. The Uludag soda was definitely much lighter than a ginger ale. Tasted like a light citrusy drink, and it's less sweet than American sodas. The ice cream had a nice pull and chew, although it didn't look as stretchy as Turkish ice creams I've seen. Nice amount of pistachio flavor throughout. I came on a weekday lunch, so there was ample seating inside. Ordering is done via a QR code on your table or on a tablet stand in the middle of the restaurant.
