I ordered a side of vegan meatballs, and spaghetti with marinara sauce. The spaghetti has meat in it. That's not marinara and the pasta-with-meat is an entirely different item. I did get a refund from Grubhub but this mistake means I'll have to pay more delivery fees to get dinner. And this isn't the first mistake they've made surrounding their vegan/vegetarian items. I don't know if I can trust them to adhere to dietary restrictions. I really want to be supportive of restaurants that take vegans/vegetarians into account when designing their menus, but this is such a glaring error (and not the first one), that I don't know if I can support this one. read more

I was wondering why my sandwich was so tough and then decided to open it up and look at the chicken, this was the "chicken cutlet" I got on my sandwich. Was not appetizing at all and inedible. Do not recommend any chicken cutlet sandwich. UPDATE: (Edited an hr later) Just received a phone call on my personal cell while at work from the owner saying that he's unsure how to even refund me since I ordered on a mobile app and he told me that there are worse situations people are living in than a bad piece of chicken. I spent $16 dollars on this meal and just wanted to ensure I wasn't going to get sick due to this piece of chicken. I am not worried about a refund or a complimentary meal, but now I am annoyed I am receiving personal calls to tell me that people in squalor would still eat this chicken so I shouldn't complain. Never leaving my number on an online order ever again, didn't think I would receive multiple calls and a voicemail while at work from a business owner but hey I guess there's always a kicker. This place is great. I love their vegan Sicilian, and their vegan meatball parm is really good too! Their vegan white pizza is a touch of heaven especially with spinach. Let me tell you about their chocolate vegan ice cream though. Honestly, it's one of the best soft-serves I've ever had. It's everything that I love in a soft serve -- i.e., creamy, but thick; soft, but still holds its form well. I've had issues with their customer service in the past or else I'd give them five stars. However. the food is phenomenal and keeps me coming back. Excellent pizza. The crust is perfect - thin but not too thin, crunchy yet chewy. Reasonably priced. And if you want to splurge, I also love that they offer so many unique toppings. Sorry I'm done with them. We like their food, but whether it's pickup or delivery, they are always wrong with their time. They'll say pickup in 45 and then we'll wait another 20 minutes or more. Same with delivery. Last time we ordered delivery they forgot multiple things. Tonight it's a little over an hour, and we were told 40-45 minutes. It's a Wednesday night...not a Friday. Nick's makes the best Pizza I've ever had. We have been ordering from them since they opened, and they deliver a consistently excellent pizza. The quality of ingredients, from the sauce to the cheese is superb. In particular, I really appreciate that they do not smother everything in nauseating amounts of low quality cheese like is so common these days. If you want authentic Italian pizza, look no further than the "Grandma Margherita Pizza" or the "Margherita Pizza (Round)" if you want a round pizza. I've been to Italy, and I can say they are just as good as you would get over there. Their appetizers (e.g. wings, garlic knots), salads (I get the "tossed salad"), and deserts (try the "Cake Batter Cannoli") are also very good. However, not everything is great. For example the bread on the sandwiches is sometimes stale, and the sandwiches as a whole are underwhelming but they're not a sandwich place (go to Jersey Mike's for that). Prices are a little bit expensive, but you're paying for quality and supporting local small business. read more

Popped in for a quick slice. We were tempted by the chicken finger French fry slice. To be honest it was a bit much for me but I really enjoyed their plain slice. All the pizza looked really great here. The two we tried were delicious so I'd definitely go back for more. Since it was by the slice it wasn't fresh out of the oven for the first time and it was still really good! Definitely worth checking out! I'm super curious to try the cookie slice too! read more

I'm a write a honest review I'm so embarrassed with the service of this place. I spoke very highly of them too my father he order the pizza too SEE for his self. The person on the phone was very polite even offered a free pizza on the house. When the delivery came its was extra late the pizza was cold. Not only that the delivery person left our food on the ground and left. There was no extra pizza just one pie and sub we order for my mom. What makes things worse they put olives on the pizza when he specifically ask for olives on the side. I dont know if this was some type of fluke but y'all have to do better. I remember when my grandma passed and y'all hooked me up with like 3 boxes of pizza y'all showed so much love now this is a total turn around and disappointment my parents are elderly probably around y'all grandparents age you wouldn't do that to your grandparents please I hope this type of service isnt presented to someone else no love lose just honesty for you to see publicly thanks. I liked the eggplant pizza but it wasn't as good as I expected. It was also very overpriced for what it was. Delivery took an hour and fifteen minutes. If I have to pay a five dollar delivery fee, I expect better service. The wings were good. I would eat it again but I don't think I would get it delivered again. To start Nicks is a pizzeria I can eat at every single day. First I must say that I love pizza and i love creativity more. Even bad pizza is good pizza. I knew walking in that Nick was your traditional pizzeria. Every single one of their creations sounded amazing. I ended up going with the chicken bacon ranch and a cookie slice. Again, I already knew that going in since I did some research and read other reviews. Once the pizzas arrived at the table, the aroma hit me and I knew I was in for a treat. After the first biter I instantly tasted the high quality stuff going on here. The flavors of all the toppings just melded with each other.
