Ordered from Wonder for the first time. On the app, you can browse restaurants and menus, then choose delivery or pickup at a location. I ordered to the Williamsburg location one evening after some shopping and decided to eat there. After placing my order through the app, it was ready in about 15 minutes, neatly bagged and ready to go. The space has a few tables, counter seating facing the street, water available, and a bathroom for customers. I chose SriPraPhai and went with the tofu pad Thai and papaya salad. Portions were a good size, not too big, not too small. The pad thai with tofu was warm, fresh, and flavorful with a generous amount of tofu. The papaya salad was good too, though it could have used a bit more spice. Overall, a convenient and easy option for a quick meal, and I'd happily order from here again. read more

WONDER-FULL! Tummy happy, yummy food from 2 different places. It was so easy to place my order on their website and they currently have discount codes too, so it's definitely worth trying out. Now i haven't tried their other locations, but this Wonder is making me wonder what else to try and which other location. Ordered the Build-Your-Own Sandwich beef souvlaki - Yasas by Michael Symon and it was so delicious! The beef was nice and flavorful, and the veggies were so refreshing. The pita that went with it was soft and I got the goddess sauce and she was fresh. I also got a steak Ranchero Bowl from Limesalt and it was tasty too. I was looking for a sauce to go with it but it was still tasty. The portion was a bit small though. Picking up my order was extremely easy. Told them my name and given my order. Surprising it wasn't busy on a Saturday afternoon. There are also seating available and kiosk to order from. The menus are against the wall too. When I'm feeling lazy to cook, I end up ordering from here. Low key goal is to try out every restaurant within this location. All my orders are pick up, it's cheaper even though they say they have "free delivery" - it's just incorporated into the price, which by all means makes sense. So I'm lazy but not that lazy to go pick it up. The food overall is decent. I do like the concept that I can grab multiple items from varying cuisines at once. I get the concept. I guess it's kinda nice to have a one stop shop and not have to decide between dishes, I suppose. In many ways it's kinda like a cooler KenTacoHut. The food was fine but the portions were just really small. Maybe the packaging was just big but it just felt underwhelming. Also because you can order from so many different restaurants in some ways it feels like you're ordering from someone's interpretation of the food than the actual item itself. In some ways I'd rather cut the middle man out and order directly from the restaurant themselves. So, overall not good, not bad. Kinda meh. read more

What a great concept--several different restaurants in one place to order from! I came here the other day with a few buddies since we were in the area. One of them wanted BBQ, another wanted a sandwich, and I wanted chicken. The convenient thing about Wonder is that everything is under one roof. The place was clean, and the person at the counter was friendly. Each time food came out from the back, she called out the name clearly and with a smile. As I mentioned before, I wanted chicken and I ended up getting a chicken sandwich from Marcus Samuelsson's Streetbird. It was not only really good but also a great value. Check out the Hot Maple Chile Sauce--it's so good! My friends got a Classic Brisket Sandwich and pork belly from Tejas BBQ, and another friend had the Shroomshire Cheesesteak from Fred's Meat & Bread. Both said their food was good as well. If you have the chance to check out one of their locations, I say give it try. read more

The concept definitely works, there are a certain numbers of restaurants in each location (the ghost kitchen). This location I can't say they have a lot of restaurants but most have 17 to 25 or so different choices that are the places you can order from such as Limesalt or Bobby Flay Steakhouse or even Alanza pizza. Very convenient location and definitely look forward to coming back and some point in Williamsburg. read more

I have been vegan for years but my doctors recently said I needed to add some occasional chicken back into my diet. So I decided if I had to have chicken, I wanted top quality from good chefs. So when I saw chicken options from top chefs Jonathan Waxman and Mark Murphy on Wonder, I decided to give them a try. The Wonder concept is great - multiple restaurants with menus from the world's top chefs all under one roof and you can order from multiple places in one delivery or take-out! But there is one problem, the food is NOT good. It is either too bland or too salty and the portions are too small for the high prices. Chef Jose Andres is one of my heroes due to his philanthropic works with World Central Kitchen, so I tried Jota by Jose Andres first. I was REALLY disappointed at how bad the food was. Despite a picture that showed plenty of mashed potatoes in the Pollo a la Catalana dish, there were just like 2 teaspoons smeared on the bottom of the container and one thigh and one leg. Way too skimpy for the price and the flavor was just ok. Most of this went into the trash. I, then, decided to give Wonder another try since there are so many different restaurants. The description for the Roasted Chicken from the Mainstay by Mark Murphy says it is "crispy-skinned chicken" and the picture shows yummy looking, cut up, and brown skinned pieces. However, it arrived as seemingly boiled chicken that was bland and overly salty with no crispy skin. It was like bad hospital cafeteria food. This is hardly what I would expect from a "Food Network star's" place. I washed it off and fed it to my cats then dumped the boring salad in the trash. The ONLY good food I have had from a Wonder restaurant was the amazing vegan Casarecce with Vegetable Bolognese from Walnut Lane by Jonathan Waxman. This dish is TRULY DELISH and I have ordered it a few times now. A veggie bolognese in tomato and red wine sauce made perfectly al dente, it is one of my fave vegan pastas! To have menus designed by top chefs and be putting out food this nasty is unforgiveable. I am so disappointed and have now wasted almost $100 on bad food. I am unlikely to try any other Wonder options and will only get my vegan pasta from them. read more

So bad it brought tears to my eyes. Truly vile in a way you really have to go out of your way to achieve. I got the burrito bowl and I don't even know how it's possible to be this bad... I can't think of anyone who wouldn't have immediately thrown this in the trash, even my human garbage disposal of a father who I've watched eat rotten food. Unpleasantly and inedibly limey guac, and zero balance between any of the other intense flavors that were seemingly battling it out. Like why is the tomatillo salsa sweet? Burrito was half cold even though it came so early. They rushed making it, so it's soft and falling apart. Also ordered the ingredients weird all the jalapeno and cilantro is one one end so one half the burrito has none of that if I could give them half a star I would. The burritos are fine. Stay away from the poke. Gave me food poisoning and the fish was slimy and did not smell fresh. Tried the green curry today and had to say something. I have been feeling ill ever since. The sauce had a disgusting amount of sugar in it. Tastes nothing like green curry. Never saw a Thai restaurant put cherry tomatoes in green curry, probably bc the flavors are conflicting. The tofu was soft and cold. Tasted like the same tofu from the burritos that have Tex mex flavoring. It really was the strangest thing I've ever had in the worst way. Just spend a little more money and go to real local restaurants. The lo mein is too salty. read more

Just tried Wonder and the food was hot a fresh. I was greeted by a young lady with a nice smile and very friendly and pleasant attitude. I only had cash so she had to assist me and didn't seem annoyed at all. The store was clean and fresh with music playing in the back. I loved how the food looked on the menu. But unfortunately that's not how it looks when you get it. The flavor was ok a bit salty but just ok. I ordered the cheesesteak which really had me hyped up, But I'm still returning to try the Italian dish and the wings, and eventually the burgers. Definitely recommend this place. Ordered a "DiFara" Pizza from Wonder using a $20 coupon code. The delivery was actually super quick, which was nice, but there is zero chance that the pizza they delivered is anything like DiFara pizza. The sauce was good, but the crust was heavy and hard. The crust was nearly inedible, maybe the crust was par cooked beforhand. It reminded me of the kind of pizza get at a a chain hotel. So imagine, ordering pizza from a Ramada Inn, you get the idea. Wouldn't order from Wonder again, but then again, I'm sure they will probably go out of business soon anyway. read more

Quick delivery, but not at all the top chef food they promote. I ordered two salads from Royal Greens and both had a dusting of cheese and abundance of cheap, sugary ingredients. If the greens hadn't tasted so fresh, I would have thought I ordered from McDonald's. Except Mickey Dee's would probably give you goat cheese crumbles, not goat cheese crumbs. I also ordered breadsticks from Detroit Pizza Co. It was doughy, as is the Detroit-style, but the cheese and herbs were seriously lacking-- kinda like a Poppa John's breadstick that would need a lot of dipping sauces. So, pretty much Wonder tastes like the worst things on a fast-food menu at a premium price. read more

I was very hopeful that the food here would be good, but after a half dozen orders, every meal has been a disappointment. Essentially, you can have a much worse version of your favorite fast casual places, like Cava, Chipotle, etc. However, the employees have been super kind and welcoming. Really cool concept. Great variety of options and quality of food. I ordered a cheesesteak from Fred's - while it tasted great - there was zero caramelization on the steak which was disappointing. Wish the portion was a bit larger. Would defiantly come back and try other options. Also limited seating so more of a take out vibe. read more
