No go- I made an appointment for brow lamination tint and shape. The tech Krystal was nice but she didn't ask me what I was looking for before hand so I just figured she knew what she was doing and most people come in looking for the same thing. My brows are SO blocky and the hairs that are laminated are sticking straight up and not off to the side like they should be. Other hairs are sticking out of my brows horizontally and are not laminated down at all. I also have black hair so I wish she told me that the tint wasn't necessary and gave me her expert advice because I look like Oscar the grouch (I got the tint add on to cover a scar, which I specified so I wasn't sure why she filled them in so blocky). Wish I didn't spend $100 plus tip on this. The salon overall was clean and a-lot of others have good reviews so I wish it worked out! read more

THIS IS A REVIEW YOU MUST READ!!! I went to Wonderlash Studios For Microblading. I was satisfied after they touched up my eyebrows. I stupidly agreed to try Botox and Fillers. She came into the office 1 1/2 late for my appointment. She was not acting or carrying herself like she usually does. When I got on the table to start the procedure I realized why....She had a very intense odor of Alcohol. I was fearful to say anything or move because she was applying the needles to my eye area. I wear a prosthetic eye so I only have vision in my right eye. After the procedure, I realized that something was terribly wrong. I went to the Emergency Room and they informed me that during the procedure one of the needles was inserted into my optical vein. I called her the next morning and explained what happened. She was very apologetic and said she was "Buzzed On Caffeine". This excuse is LAUGHABLE. I can distinguish the smell of alcohol from caffeine. She promised to make this matter right. Unfortunately Covid-19 happened and understandably we agreed to speak in a couple if weeks. I text her this week and now she is in denial of the horrific outcome due to her negligence. I have a permanent protruding vein near my eye, my vision in my remaining eye has degress. I'm out of pocket ER visit, Optometrist Ophthalmologist, and the cost of new glasses needed due to the deterioration of my eye site. I was not seeking anything more than my out of pocket costs due to the Medical attention I required. Now I had to put this matter in the hands of an attorney. This whole incident was traumatic and UNNECESSARY! read more

Went in for a brow shaping and tinting this pass Thursday. I had my appt with Nicole. I was the only one in the studio which was nice. She did a nice job and asked me how I would like my eyebrows to look. I was in defense on lamination and she showed me an example how my brows would look and we just went with the waxing and tinting. I got extensions and a lash perm with Jessica and she executed both treatment/services perfectly. I think I will continue to get the lash perm every few months and Jessica actually advised I do that instead of the extensions bc of the length of my lashes. Disappointed with this place overall. I had a lash lift and brow tinting service here and I've walked out dissatisfied both times. I had the last lift approximately last year and the results were underwhelming. My technician seemed inexperienced as I heard her ask another technician which tube to use to curl my lashes. I don't want to fault her for asking for a second opinion but the outcome wasn't even great anyway. It looked like how your lashes would look if you haven't changed your eyelash curler pad in a long time. It was extremely bent, it didn't look natural at all. It did last a month but it just wasn't what I expected. And then I recently had a brow tint and shape about a week ago. I wasn't happy with the results either. My technician wasn't the warmest or friendliest but as long as she delivered good results, I didn't care too much. She did take her time and seemed competent in what she was doing but the result shocked me. It was blotchy and uneven, but she assured me that it will settle in the next day or two. Nope. I had to scrub the area everyday just to fade it quicker, I couldn't take it. On top of that, she didn't do my eyebrows any justice with the way she shaped it. I understand my eyebrows are not the easiest to work with but not impossible. I've had experienced brow technicians shape it beautifully before so I have no idea what happened there. I had to resort to dyeing my own brows at home because she completely botched my shape and it'll take them a while to recover. For the longest, I have been contemplating on having my eyebrows microbladed here but after this ordeal, it's best I avoid it and just this place altogether. read more

I've never had my lashes done before, no strips or anything. Before I got them done, I imagined the worst in my head and was afraid. Well Yolanda and her staff made me feel so welcome. The studio is so cute. Yolanda gave me Rosè and I started to relax with the ambiance and the light music. Kah had such steady hands that I didn't feel a thing which really surprised me. What really shocked me was how relaxed I was. I've gotten massages before and I can feel tense at times. I was so relaxed at Wonderlash that I ended up taking a mini nap even Kah was surprised. I got the classic glamour lashes and I absolutely loved it because I feel like my eyes were wide open. I've gotten so many compliments on them as I got them for my friend's wedding. I plan on returning for my other friend's wedding in a few weeks. read more

Impeccable service - lovely staff. Certainly a create space for zen and beauty. I wasn't blessed with long lashes and I fear using latisse as I hear that it could change the color of your eyes (WHAT?!) so I began to go down the eyelash route. I have tried the stick on, glue cut and stick and attempting individuals on myself. I am not skilled in this area and failed epicly everytime. With the hip new trend of getting your lashes done is the new "let's go get our nails done with a girlfriend" and since i can actually do my own nails I was taken out with a girl friend to her "lash spot" My friend goes over board in my opinion with the hybrids and length. Just not my thing. However I went to the same girl she does Jessica and what a find Jessica is. I explained to her I wanted a more natural but noticeable look and we spoke for 5 or so minutes and off to work she went. When she was finally finished and handed my the mirror I felt as if I had had extra sleep. The style made me look so awake and refreshed aside from looking like I was completely done up even though I just had on lashes and not any other makeup. I'm SOLD! What are you waiting for? Made an appointment for a Lash Lift with Yolanda (the owner) on a whim. Went to the studio which is really adorable and very clean and was greeted immediately. Yolanda told me about the benefits of upgrading to a lash lift with tint, and I went for it. Yolanda talked me through the whole process that took about an hour and half. They looked good immediately after, but even better the next day when the lashes fluff up. They look amazing!! I'll definitely be coming back! read more

What a wonderful salon! I had the "blush" put back in my lips by the wonderful Yolanda - and I loved it! Yolanda is an artist and an exceptionally patient practitioner as I was, I think, a little demanding. But she didn't make me feel like I was being specific at all (even though I was) as she herself is very much a perfectionist - which is EXACTLY what we want from a salon. Updating my review specifically due to my most recent visit for the hydrafacial. I've gotten this service multiple times before at different establishments but yesterday's experience here was disappointing. It pains me to write this review as I love the owner and I think she is super talented and very knowledgeable about all things in regards to beauty and skincare. However, yesterday her employee that was tasked to conduct a hydrafacial on me, i didn't feel was qualified to conduct the service. First, when you arrive, there is no level of comfort. You are placed a cold room without any comfort of a electric blanket/sheet to provide you cover during the service. I understand it's covid and operations are trying to limit exposure but this is something that can easily be fixed with just washing the sheets and such after each customer use. I wasn't even given a towel or wrap to keep my hair away from my face during the service. It seems nit picky of me to point this out but if you are paying over $200 for a luxury service, you'd expect to feel comfortable and relaxed - this environment was not there. Even more alarming the hydrafacial machine was not working. The technician performed a microdermabrasion service and then the used the hydra machine for what was supposed to be my hydrafacial but the technician didn't test or notice that the hydra machine was not inputing any fluids/nutrients in my skin. My skin was NOT hydrated but extremely dry after the service as my skin was exfoliated twice over without any hydration back in the skin. The technician didn't even take notice of this or find this bizarre until I called this out. Instead she informed me that the machine that they previously had would make my skin more hydrated than maybe this one. To which i insisted to her to test the machine on her finger tip to see that the machine is not working. When she did, then she noticed the machine was not working. My concern is that for those who have not gotten this service in the past, this may go unnoticed and cost you a significant amount of dollars as well as your skin may pay the price. Even more so, after realizing that my skin is dry, the technician didn't think to provide a hydrating mask on my skin until I asked for it. When you are coming to professional establishment, you want a true expert to heal your skin and not guide them as much, especially given the prices for these services. Finally, at the end of the service, I was not even offered a mirror to see my face to see the difference. Note, I wasn't charged for the hydra portion of the facial but even more so, this wouldn't have been the case if this was my first time getting this treatment. I would advise the owner to really ensure that the technicians are being mindful and being attentive to detail when performing these services. Again, I'm giving two stars as this not so great experience is isolated to one time at this establishment. Before, I've had wonderful experiences here. read more

I came here for a facial and told the esthetician about my skin issues before I Sat down to which she said "ok." I've had many facials in my life due to problematic skin and usually estheticians ask me a little bit about my skin or the products I use but she didn't speak to me at all the entire facial. the pore extraction took 2 minutes(which i def needed more) and didn't mention products she was putting on my face or anything. At one point, she put on a mask and then the LED light over my face. I've done LED light numerous times and they always put some protective eye wear over my eyes. All I had on was two small cotton pads. I was scared as I know that blue light isn't good for eyes but I figured to let it go in case she knew something that I didn't. After 10 mins or so the LED and my mask came off. She quickly massaged my face ( which was the best part) and then I left. I was in and out in 40 mins though when I booked it said I would be there an hour. I wasn't going to write this review as usually if I don't like a place, I just never go again but I began researching issues that could arise from using blue light without protective eye wear on and it is a bit scary. I also got home, looked in the mirror and noticed leftover mask remnants. I now need to re wash my face. Overall, very poor experience. I will say the girl at the front desk did a good job. read more

I went into the Wonderlash just to inquire about their services. I explained to the receptionist at the front desk, I typically do my own lashes, but would like to start using their services. Before I could complete my sentence she gave me such a dirty look and rolled her eyes, and was so off putting, that even if I had a 40 million dollars, and 40 million followers, I would not endorse that establishment. Often times I want to spend my money and recommend my friends support small businesses, this is exactly why I would rather go to larger corporations with trained professional staff who are warm and inviting to ALL customers. I went to get my brows shaped and henna. The henna barely lasted 2 days. I was told it would last 4 weeks. I've gotten my brows tinted before and definitely lasted longer than this. I contact them via their website on Monday and I haven't heard back it's Thursday now. I did book for brow mircoblading for November. I will be canceling. I would not recommend this place. read more
