I ALSO brought an eco watch originally bought there to have recharged and reset and take a link out and they couldn't get that fixed either! So, I'm out a watch AND my wedding ring. I took both to BRAND Jewelers in the Deptford Mall upstairs outside of Macy's. They fixed the watch PERFECTLY, and they're going to return the ring back as best they can to the originional greatness that it once looked! Go to Brand.....family owned who treat YOU like family! Anthony Simon, RIP OFF! A ring once worth over $3500, after their hands touched it, no more than $300 scrap gold. Shameful!

So when…read moreI found my necklace from when I was a toddler with a broken chain I knew I had to get it repaired. I called beforehand to see if it could get fixed and promptly drove over. The lady was friendly and took a look at my necklace. She said she was backed up from holiday orders and it would take a week to get my piece fixed. It took under fifteen minutes to be serviced. I got a call a week or so later that my necklace was ready. I arrived and saw how pretty my necklace looked. I paid and asked a few questions on the care of my jewelry that she answered. Very prompt and helpful service. It cost me about 39 dollars to get it fixed which I'm not sure if that's a lot or not. All I know is I am now able to wear my childhood golden heart today.
